Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Tucson

Growing up Pizza hut was a part of my life. With divorced parents grabbing a couple of pizzas from pizza hut and some vhs tapes from the local video store was a weekend ritual for me my dad and my little brother. It was something I looked forward to all week and man did I enjoy a fresh hot slice and a good movie. Nowadays however, it just isn't the same. The service isn't as reliable and the food has gone way down in quality over the years. I ordered at the register a week ago and they said it would be ready in 15 minutes. 40 minutes later I got a "stuffed crust" and an order of wings that I was told was an in house deal that would cost me $19.99. But they charged me over $30.00 and the pizza was barely cooked. The "crust" was raw and doughy and barely had any cheese in it and the pizza was just a sad excuse for unappealing, unappetizing, and pretty much inedible fast food. I tried to pick up a slice on the way home and it just drooped down my hand. I waited over 40 minutes for that first bite in years and it was cold and underbaked. I took it back. Waited another 30 minutes for a burnt pie and lamented that I ever stepped foot back in a pizza hut as my past experiences were treasured. Now I'll likely not even go back to use the credit I was offered because of the experience. I hope they figure it out and do better, but I don't think my disappointment will fade...

Since moving to Tucson, this is the closest Pizza Hut to my home so I frequent this establishment pretty regularly. Because I’m a creature of habit, my pizza is always the same and the total never changes, so imagine my surprise when I get home and get an alert from my bank that my total has changed because the thief of a manager Kristina took it upon herself to give her a tip by basically forging my signature and adding the tip amount. Naturally, I reported this to the Tucson Police Department and to the General Manager, but today I was absolutely floored when I went in to pick up my order and find that THE THIEF IS STILL EMPLOYED AT THIS LOCATION! She claimed she accidentally gave herself the tip which we all know to be a lie but the fact that she’s still working at this location is UNACCEPTABLE. I will not rest until I feel this is handled appropriately or I’ll never eat at Pizza Hut again. Check your receipts, always sign, and take photos. Kristina is covered in tattoos so you know who she is; don’t trust her! Reconcile your transactions, God only knows how many times...

If I could give zero stars I would. Clearly both pizzas requested cheese be on them. My pan pizza had some but not on all of it and there was none on the flatzz. The flatzz was supposed to have both regular and cupped pepperoni, it didn't and what's up with the personal pizza? Am I expected to pay for extra pepperoni so that I get at least one pepperoni per slice? Look at the pic, seriously pizza hut? 2 pieces for my whole pizza? Only thing keeping this location open is is proximity to the college but you can be sure I'll make sure none of my friends and family go to any pizza hut if this is the level of quality they are pushing these days.
