Subway — Restaurant in Tucson

This Subway was rather quiet at around 6:30 pm on a Friday. When I walked in there was a young college couple ahead of me and no other customers. There were two young ladies working behind the counter. The 1st young lady took my order and when I ordered a footlong sub, she was quick to point out that for a small amount of change that I could get 2 for $10 - $5 Footlongs. So, I ordered two footlong Chicken Bacon Ranch subs on Jalapeno Cheese bread with lettuce, lots of pickles, banana peppers, black olives, lite onion and extra ranch. My favorite. Both subs were made quickly and precisely as the 2nd young lady rang me up. Both young ladies were polite, cheerful and very pleasant to work with from a customer point of view. The restaurant was was clean with marks on the floor for Social Distancing. Tables were also arranged for Social Distancing. The two young ladies both wore masks and gloves, which they changed between orders. A very pleasant and hunger satisfying...

This was the worst experience i've ever had at Subway. First of all the person did not have a good personality about him at all. He actually seemed as though he didn't even want to be there at work let alone not smiling or asking if there was anything else he could help me with. Then no crackers to go with the salad and the poor customer before me was told that they were out of meatballs for the sub and didn't even offer the customer an option for something different. If this is the way Subway has there employees act I think it's time to look for a new place to get a sub or salad. Let's see cruzinos sub sounds like a good idea. Come on Subway hire employees that can at least pretend to...

walked in around 1:30 this afternoon, not very busy....half hearted smile from female employee cleaning in the fountain area....dude behind the counter didn't greet me, just stared off into space as he put gloves on....he eventually took my order, put the meat on the sandwich, slid it down to where the veggies are, moved on to the customer behind me...nobody came forward to finish the sandwich.... so I stood there waiting....two other employees were chatting in the back room...I just stood there waiting....so I asked "anyone going to finish my sandwich?" dude behind the counter told me to ask one of the employees chatting in the back....I walked out....never...
