Victoria's Secret & PINK — Local services in Tucson

OUTRAGED I went in with one goal in mind, 8-10 pairs of my favorite Victoria Secret Thong underwear. I began circling the piles and drawers of underwear. After searching the smaller non-sale bins, I noticed a group of 3 girls gossiping over the underwear but i couldn't tell if they were perusing or folding. They didn't look like typical Victoria Secret associates. ALL three had sweat pants, a sweat shirt, and a messy bun. When i circled back around for the 5th or so time I finally asked one of the girls if she knew what pair I was searching for. All three seemed clueless. One eventually came over and looked with me but all items she brought to my attention were far from what i described. Finally one girl mention they could have discontinued it and I gave up. Already annoyed I got ready to leave the store. On the way out i saw a sporty pair i entertained the idea of getting and thought i'd give it a second go. With a lot of searching I eventually found 10 pairs and decided to snag a sports bra. I got in line satisfied with my selection. When I got up to the front the cashier asked me if I had been helped. Not sure if helping was exactly the right word I chose to be polite anyways. "There were a few ladies by the underwear who answered some questions for me, I'm not sure of their names". Next I noticed the Tote they had on the counter, knowing it was usually attached to some deal I asked how much had to be spent to acquire the item. I already have 3 totes, a gym bag, and a guilty conscience. "It's $75 but excludes PINK items. If you spend another $10 on the other side you would qualify".. DECISIONS DECISIONS DECISIONS.

I went to the sports section in the regular Victoria Secret ( NOT PINK) and found a black sports tank top with the words - Victoria Secret or Victoria Secret Sport on the front in white letters. Super Cute. Got back in line, only this time it had gotten a touch longer. I waited patiently until I was next in line. One thing I noticed while standing there was that every time the cashier asked who helped them they had said no one. Well at least I know I didn't smell funny or wasn't being shunned. Finally I was next in line. The lady in front of me i learned was helped by two girls named Ashley I thought it was a coincidence because that was my name. Strangely in the middle of her transaction or just about payment her and the other cashier switched spots. I believe it was so the cashier helping the girl in front of me could help with a more complicating matter on the other register. Everyone seemed a little confused but the new girl continued checking out the customer in front of me. When I came to the counter I handed her my black tank top and told her I had been rung up for a green sports bra, ten pairs of underwear, and that I was hoping to get the clear flashy tote. YAY finally. She began scavenging around through several bags. Pulled out some items I shook my head. She went to the other cashier and asked where she set my stuff. She pointed to a spot on the counter and they both mumbled something to each other. " Well should I go get her?" The next thing I know the cashier who was ringing me up was running out the door to track down the lady in line in front of me. Now she received $60 in panties and $25 bra that will never fit her for free. And I have to do this all over. Eventually the original cashier offered to go look for the bra while I looked for my 10 pairs of underwear ALL OVER AGAIN.Took a little longer since I had found some pretty decent finds the first time around. There were now more people in line. Halfway through the line back to the front the cashier pulls me aside to show me a bra that is not the one I chose. I left the line found the original and went back to an even LONGER line. After getting through the now 4th line i checked out and left pretty steamed. I just got home to find she gave me wrong tank top that I left at the counter the second time around. You've got to be kidding me. I had an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience at this location. I came in to return a beautiful nightgown that had been purchased just a week prior by my mom as a gift. Unfortunately, she misplaced the receipt. However, according to Victoria’s Secret’s own return policy online, a return is allowed within 30 days of purchase with a valid ID — even without the receipt.

Despite following this policy and presenting my ID, I was met with rudeness, condescension, and ultimately a flat refusal from the employee. Rather than being helpful or understanding, the staff member made me feel embarrassed and ridiculed in front of others. The situation was handled with zero empathy or professionalism.

I walked away not only without a resolution, but with a sour experience that has made me not want to return to this store again. Now, every time I see this nightgown — which is unfortunately too small and unworn — I’m reminded of how I was treated.

Customer service should reflect the brand’s values and policies, and this experience fell far short. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and retrains staff on how to handle returns respectfully and according to...

I'm happy to have some freshies for sure, however there was only one employee at this location that I felt was providing the quality service that customers deserve at this brand.

It's seems to me like Victoria's Secret has gone down in quality in their under garments since last time I shopped here, which has been a while.

I'm note entirely impressed with my purchases however I didn't purchase the high end of the product line, but nor did I go for the low end either.

There was zero help in the fitting room, no one doing fittings, no one wearing a uniform or customary attire so as to tell the customer from the employee.

Another company hiring young managers, who are providing subpar service.

Somewhere someone needs to step up the game and get things back to the way they were not that long ago.

Quality customer service and quality products are not something that should be compromised.
