Pandora — Local services in Tukwila

I’ve been here before or I could even said multiple times. The service were always amazing to me until I decided to gave a visit again today to grab a gift for family & friends. As soon as I step in the store, the workers there was rudely sided eyes us, I asked her nicely to show us the rings size since everything are out of stocks. She rolled her eyes and sighed out loud like she was annoyed by us even tho we didn’t do anything to her. Then I once again nicely ask her to show me the available items and she slammed the box of jewelry right infront of us, I finally decided what I wanted and ask her to wrap it for us. She gave off a whole disrespectful way of walking away not even listening to our request then every of her small behaviors showing she don’t need a customers like us and that we should just leave the store. As many times that I've had a good experience at this location, I wasn’t expecting this one. I was “helped” by an associate named Vesta, who was not very pleasant as past associates that I’ve talked to in this store, who are usually nice and conversational. I wanted to make an exchange for a gift that was purchased for me, and once i explained that she said nothing and walked away to find what i needed. She then walked away again to speak to her manager, then came back and said the exchange wasn’t possible (with attitude) because it was after 30 days from purchase even though it’s been left in the box, untouched, since it was bought. I then called the customer service line and the woman explained you can make holiday returns on purchases made after November 1st, which i could’ve worked out with the one who gifted the item. I’ve bought from pandora countless times and i’m not sure i want to go back after this experience, at least not this...

Haha I love Pandoras, I’ve been buying from this brand for years and so has my family. This branch though has the WORST customer service. The staff and employees heavily judges customers based on their looks. I’m not accusing them of racism or prejudice, but you need to train your employees to treat EVERYONE with the same amount of respect.

Me and my mom were not welcomed or asked if we needed any help. The two staff attended to other customers that walked in, customers that dressed extra well. I’ve bought jewelry from Tiffany’s, Swarovski, Ben Bridge, etc. and I’d put Pandoras on the lower end of all those brands. I am not going to dress fancy to shop at a Pandoras in a mall. We just here to buy matching birthday bracelet sets for my nieces and her friends.
