The last few visits (all in January) , especially today (1/18/24),the service has been UNPLEASANT. The young very skinny Asian girl with a small tattoo on her (right?) arm acted very stuck up and just flat out UNFRIENDLY. Whenever there are no customers and you're the only one standing in front of the counter, it takes someone such a long time before anyone comes out to greet you. No one ever says sorry for the long wait, no one smiles and no one seems to like working. *To the manager/owner - RETRAIN all of your female employees to be friendlier because for whatever reason, they never give a welcoming or warm vibe. We go to a lot of Boba places so we know what makes for good boba.

The nice thing about the place was that the service was extremely fast, we got our Boba really quickly.

I review boba places based on their original/house milk tea without toppings. Braganza does a great job keeping real tea taste rather than powder. Probably the best in the entire mall and all of Tukwila. Don’t be afraid to ask for “less cream” in case you prefer more of the tea, as milk can certainly douse the rich hints of your drink.
