Two tickets, two drinks, and one large popcorn was almost $50. You would think that for that price, the service at the concession stand would be astounding. There was one person working concessions, and she was rude and mouthy. She literally yelled at a woman and her small daughter and my grown daughter and me to "Form two lines" so she could tell which person was next. We, and about 10 other people were in a single line snaking between the ropes. The other entrance was marked as the"VIP" card holders. I yelled back and said "Where? There is nothing marking a path for two lines.". She ignored me and began talking to the customer in front of her. We then saw two other workers emerge from the back as if they had been on a break. Normly I would have reported the popcorn Nazi to management, but out movie was about to start. It's no wonder the movie industry is suffering and being pirated. I would expect the poor customer service if we were paying $10 bucks to see a matinee, but there is no excuse for having to deal with an idiot after spending so much to see a film. I'll either go to a different theatre or wait for the DVD...
Read moreYour website is terrible I clicked on it in order to see what is available at this location the next screen ask me to do the same please enter the address of my location so I do that and the next screen again. That's at least three times I have to select your address and your location just to see the showtimes... maybe, I don't know, I didn't enter the address a third time. I did loop back and try it again to make sure I didn't do anything wrong. No I found your site from Google Maps so in order to get your address without losing my progress I had to open up Google and get your address without using Maps. In flip flop back and forth to type it in. I'm not going to jump through 40 Hoops to find out when you're playing a movie plenty of your other theaters and other movie companies are just one click away and don't require me to type in their address...
Read moreThis is my go to movie theatre if I need reserved seats. It's kind of funny how the cheapest theatre tickets (digital) actually have the best seats. The Imax has the worst seats, with the Dolby surround sound tickets having average seats. My opinion is based on low back support and adjustability. I would say the Dolby tickets are worth it if the movie has a lot of special effects, as it also has a clearer picture. You might also look into the middle stubs membership to wave ticket fees if you...
