Kirkland's Home — Local services in Tulsa

I stage homes for a builder and have tried to reach this store for over a week and nobody answers the phone. I usually shop in the Dallas area because they go above and beyond to ensure I get everything I need in the first visit since I don’t have much time to get the homes completed but thought I would buy locally in Tulsa to keep from transporting everything from Dallas.

BIG mistake! After not being able to get through repeatedly by phone to verify some furniture items, I had one of the sales reps go in to the store where he said not a single employee talked to him in 30 minutes.

I contacted the District Manager in Dallas who has personally assisted me multiple times and she was very apologetic and said she would reach out to the manager in Tulsa to assist but poor service starts at the top so I doubt anything comes from that.

I’ll keep my business in Dallas since Tulsa is clearly doing so well they don’t need...

My son loves this place, he is single he has two daughters which doesn't live with him but he's working on it and anyway he is decorating his apartment and going to decorate his girl's room so whenever they do start staying the night that they have everything they need he's doing a really good job and he's getting everything from KIRKLANDS and he loves this place totally loves it he says if anybody needs anything to decorate that's the place to go and for the outdoor stuff they don't have enough of it though he's really really griping about that part of it but other than that he loves it and I've been in there a few times and it's really really good stocked it's really clean the people are awesome they're very friendly -- GO CHECK...

Cara was SO helpful while I shopped this evening. She suggested different ways to style pieces, grabbed lots of items for me, and was so patient with me and my indecisiveness!! I didn’t even realize how much time had passed and when I got in my car to leave it was already 10 minutes past their closing. She graciously helped me load all the decor I bought in my car too! I was so impressed with my experience here with Cara, I’ll definitely be returning...
