I ordered a set of earrings and a ring on 12/29 to be delivered on 01/06, the mdse was supposedly delivered on 12/06 according to UPS. The package is nowhere to be found. I contacted Pandora and the representative was very rude, arguing with me to contact UPS because it was their fault if it was lost not theirs and giving me the round around, I asked if there was anything she could do on her end, she disconnects the call and transfers me to the survey, I mean, does she really want me to say how I feel about the way I was treated by her? I called back and explained to another rep what happened, she was eating while talking to me which sounded rude and unprofessional, she tells me that she will either cancel my order and send me a new ine or credit my account. At this point I want no business with her, I needed the jewelry for a gift tomorrow so there is no way it would get here in time, I told her to just credit my account and she said she would do it but could not send me an email confirming credit that I will just see it on my statement. I will wait and see, hopefully they will take care of it. My first and last order to Pandora. Very bad customer...

But when I got to the store I was so amazed at how Covid-19 cleanliness this store was! Then I thought to myself “that’s what most of the recent reviews was pertaining to..... limited capacity, not taking up space for those who actually know what they want. My advice to those who want to just look around..... look on your phone so you know what you want, or grab there catalog. As for the staff! They were all kind, and patient to deal with a woman like me. The gentleman there had me laughing as he took apart displays so I could buy the product I needed, and the store manager I read her name tag (Abigail) and I was reluctant to even speak to her, but she came up asked me about my bracelet and as I was sharing it with her, she stepped away and came back and handed me an invite card to her church for Easter service. There was 3 workers while I was shopping and each one was super nice. Give respect...
Read moreI have been trying to get a hold of someone almost two weeks now! I went in to exchange my broken bracelet I received for Christmas and the employee changed it out for us and she didn't transfer all my Charms.I didn't notice until I got home as she put it back in the box and bag for me . I called the store and the staff didn't know what to do they said the manager would be in the next day. So the next day I go up there only to find it shut down with a note on the door saying the system is down. Since then I have been calling and leaving messages and I cant get anyone to call me back. These charms are not cheap and I would like them replaced!!! I cant drive to town everyday to get there to a closed sign as I live far from there ! Answer your phones and messages! Don't ever get anything from this store their customer service is not...
