Big store, plenty of staff. Nobody willing to help me find what I wanted. Asked 3 associates where I could find something. First answer got me to a location. Nope, not what I was looking for, could a second person, on the phone with someone, I waited till the call was over. She had eye contact with me and I raised a finger so she knew I had a question. Call ended, before I could ask a question, and she did not pause to say hang on, she takes yet another call. This is not behind a service desk, this is in the middle of the floor where all the customers are. Finally, she pauses her call long enough for me to attempt to tell her with more specificity then the last person what I wanted. I was directed to another part of the store, with less then clear instructions. I made it to where I thought I was close and stopped a 3rd employee, she gave the same answer as the last but I was only 3 ailes away, or so. I found items related to what I was looking for, bit not what I was looking for. I made a 30+ $ purchase. I went to home Depot, ask a associate for what I was looking for. He was in the middle of stocking shelves and looked quite busy, but he walked me to where the stuff I was looking for. I made a 130.00 purchase, he even stuck around for some follow up questions. I returned the...
Read moreNew Location Update: Downgrading from 5 stars to three for new location. Parking area is terrifying. Parking lot is an ok size if it was just for Hobby Lobby, but it is also for several other retailers. Also, there are no crosswalks marked in the parking lot to safely cross into the store. Then on top of that there are no places to return your carts in the parking lot. I have no idea on the store’s dimensions, but it seems smaller and the flow is not as good as the previous store. I really am having a hard time understanding why they moved locations. The only one I can think of was so they could be close to Mardel’s. Not worth it. It is now buried in a shopping center area that is hard to get to with a packed parking lot. I will be visiting a lot less I am sure. It still takes forever to check out. Michael’s parking is just as crazy, but at least they get you checked out faster.
Previous Review: Great Hobby Lobby location. Always takes forever to check out, but they always have...

Some items might be pricey, but if you are looking for something specific, you better grab it. This store has a wide variety for what ever your project may be, painting, pictures, plants, sewing. The people are really nice. Come in with what you have in mind, cause you might come out spending more than you thought. It’s a great place…this store in Tyler is right off broadway, it is a busy area, but it’s easy to get in and out. It can be a busy place at times so parking could be full.
