This location is the closest to home. So I’ve gone to it several times. Each time I leave disappointed.
First time order online: when I arrived they had atleast 4 smoothies on the counter without any lids. When I asked for a lid I was advised they ran out of lids. My smoothies were melted and with the amount of people waiting I walked out with a lukewarm drink. I didn’t even drink it, because I was thinking about all the people who had been in there talking, coughing, shouting over my drink.
Second time: ordered there, received my drink in a timely manner and at the right temperature. However, the girl at the register was rude and seemed to act as if my ordering was an inconvenience to her. She was texting on her phone while I was ordering.
Third time: ordered online. Arrived and my drink was lidded and fresh. The girl at the register had costumers but she acknowledged and greeted me. 🙂
Forth time was last week: Everything was awful. Ordered online: Arrived a couple of minutes before my pickup time and the girl at the register was helping another customer. I understood why my order was not on the counter yet. Would have liked to be greeted but no biggie. I waited patiently while the girl at the register tried to figure out how to ring up her customer. After 5 mins of fidgeting with the register she called for help. Addie appeared and she struggled with the order while the first girl stood behind her texting. Addie was finishing up that order when she began calling/yelling for backup. A third girl appeared and went to the ordering kiosk, she asked if she should be preparing the online order (mine; which had been sitting for 15 minutes now) or the order that was printing now. Addie proceeded to say the order for the guy standing in front of her. Customer walked away and I told Addie that was my online order from 15 mins ago, she told me “well obviously she’s going to work on that next.” The girl making the smoothies asked for help from the first girl (who was still texting) and she said she was now off the clock and walked out. She then asked Addie for help, and she said she could not help because she was not allowed to make smoothies because she was sick. Addie retrieved to the back where I could hear her laughing with other coworkers. The smoothie maker messed up and started her “current” order a second time. Two more customers arrived and she called for help, where now a 4th crew member emerged from the back and began taking their order. My smoothies were now 30 mins late and I had to call to reschedule an appointment I had; since I was now running late. In that time 2 more customers came in and eventually left because Addie was back at the register unable to provide someone a refund. She was rude, incompetent with the register and being able to deligate work. She said she was the team lead, but had us waiting while she had coworkers in the back instead of assigning them to help the team or the customers.

Read moreI left this store at 2:06 pm and I made a mental note because one of the coworkers was so incredibly unprofessional and unpleasant. The African American girl is always so polite, kind and professional and I want that to be known and she should be praised for having to work with the other girl. First I went in and noticed it was kind of busy which is fine. I walked up to the counter and this employee was clearly upset or at least I hope she was because she just stared at me. No hello how are you? What can I get for you all I got was glaring eyes and pursed lips. I gave my order and she just looked at me. Let’s first discuss the difference between a messy bun and just plain mess. If you were going for the unkempt look you clearly did it. Secondly really you have your earbuds in the entire time? Oh ok you’re that important. After taking my order she walked over to a relative or friend who brought her some mccalisters food. I was then taken aback by her short short shorts. Just because it fits doesn’t mean you need to wear it to work. Then her sad ankle socks and her well worn slides. Are slides really acceptable foot wear for work. Clearly by her appearance and demeanor she was put out having to work there but actually she didn’t she sat down and began stuffing her face. I felt so bad for the other girl who was over compensating for her coworkers attitude. I told her I felt bad for her. So before giving attitude and bad service you better check yourself. Read moreToday at 7:18 pm I went to this location to get my service pups a pup cup (bark blend) but today was different I was told that they did not do this and I needed to go to Starbucks or a different chain. I informed the young lady that I get my dogs these cups from both locations all of the time. She was continued to tell me I was wrong and that there is no such thing and they have never had pup cups. By this time other customers were starting to come in I asked her to cancel my smoothie and I left. I am not upset with the young lady, I am frustrated that there was no manager there to help her or to intervene while she called a customer a liar. I am frustrated that she is unfamiliar with the menu but I also understand that it is not advertised. Either way I went to the other location and my pups got their pup cups with peanut butter.
