Mi experiencia fue HORRIBLE!!!! Primero me cobraron doble! Por un futon! Despues me dijeron que si no imprimia el recibio no me habian cobrado! Y Eso no fue Cierto! Lo compre un sabado y me dijeron que si me Lo mandaban ese dia no me Lo podian armar. Espere hasta el lunes y el delivery me Lo dejaron en la casa sin armar! Me dijeron que si no daba propina no lo hiban ar armar!! Aunque Espere hasta el lunes por que me habian dicho que si esperaba me Lo armaran!! Yo siempre trato de comprar de Los negocios de mi ciudad pero esto fue la PEOR! Experiencia que yo he tenido! My experience here was HORRIBLE!!! I was charged twice for a futon! When I called them to tell what they had done they asked me how I knew I was charged twice! I explained that I have an app. That I checked and saw they charged me twice. After 2 hours I finally called my bank and they! Removed the second charge! I purchased it on a Saturday and was told that if I wanted it delivered that day, They were unable to build it. So I waited until Monday and was told that if I didn't "tip" the delivery person they wouldn't build it. I was at this point extremely upset and told the owner I shouldn't have to tip. The owner told me I didn't have to and they would still build it! HOWEVER!!! When the delivery man dropped it off he told me he was informed that if I didn't "tip" him... to just drop it off and leave. Which is what he did! I am DISGUSTED!!! Because "their policy is they have to put the furniture together, if not they dont deliver" These guys were happy to not have to put it together. And I tipped them way less $5, I just moved in, and out of a shelter. Where do you think I have 40 dollars? I told him "yes id pay", then he signed the paper to confirm delivery. He had my elderly mother going in and out of the business looking for the copy when all he had to do was some scrolling.
