Exchange Jewelry — Local services in Union City

On August 23, 2025 I called this store to get a estimated price on 14k bracelet I was looking to possibly sell.

A woman behind the counter offered me a low ball price of 1400.00. I went to another jewelery store was offered 1850.00 dollars.

I use to give praise to this place for jewelry repairs and honesty but now I can no longer recommend this place.

Always do your homework and know the value of your jewelry so you don't get scammed by people who only want to take...

My husband and I have been going here for about 3 years now. The day we bought something from there, we never went anywhere else. The owner is nice, welcoming and pleasant to work with. He always has beautiful products that we buy for our entire family. Anytime we have a problem or want something fixed or changed he always helps without hesitation. I definitely recommend going here.
