This is what is so great about the passion of the pnw! They use as much as possible local natural ingredients in their alcohol. No coloring. they only use the quallity parts of the alcohol from production. For a small Distillery they make 4 different kinds. Purchase the tour on Groupon and enjoy the knowledge these two have to impart as well as fun and passion :) My favorite is the Ghost Dog. Its the first time ever i have come across a perfectly balanced pepper Alcohol. ( this includes beers infused or made with peppers ) all the ones i have tried in the past are usually way too over powering to where you get a weird pepper after taste. as if you where eating a pepper. or its barely evident in the alcohol. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Chambers Bay Distillery and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. The gentlemen leading the tour were wonderful. A lot of great history about distilling and the way they age their bourbon is very cool (floating on the water down near the narrows bridge). I bought 9ne of the Groupon tours which means it comes with a shot glass for each person so even if you don't walk away with a bottle (which you should definitely buy a bottle) then you still walk away with a souvenir.
