This is the location where customer service goes to die. I was visiting from out of town and had to return an #amazon order that was damaged by UPS during shipping. With Amazon all of my experiences have been the same, don't worry about it, take it to the UPS store, they will take care of it and get it back to us. The first words from the person at the UPS store was not helpful "Well I didn't deliver it to you that way." Then the UPS store employee told me they weren't going to ship the return (the damage to the package was unacceptable for a Christmas present delivery, not unusable); when I said that wasn't going to happen they said that they could tape it, ok, it only needed a little here and a little there to be shipped back better than it was received. This UPS store decided to extort $10.00 out of me for a little tape. UPS was the one that damaged the item, UPS was returning the item and this store wanted a pound of flesh. I paid because I was in a bad situation and #amazon settled the issue with me immediately and apologized for this #UPS stores...
Read moreNormally I usually have a decent experience at this location, but tonight was a different story. I got to the store shortly before 6:45 to drop a package off. The female employee working seemed slightly annoyed that I was there dropping my package off & when she took the box off the scale, she completely disregarded the red fragile stickers on all four corners of the box & plopped it on the ground. When I got to my car & was just getting ready to pull out of the parking lot, I saw the employee locking the doors to the store around 6:47 - 6:48 pm & the store hours sign on the window clearly states that they close at 7:00 pm! It’s one thing to be closing a store by yourself, but the doors shouldn’t get locked until the exact time the store closes. After tonight’s experience, I’ll stick to taking any packages that need to get shipped to the UPS Store on Library Rd., which is closer to me, but they had already closed for the evening which is why I had to drive out to...
Read moreI wish I could write multiple reviews for each employee. So I’ll have to Stick to the 2 stars.
First off let me start off by saying Emonee is excellent. He is super friendly, and down to earth. I’ve been making multiple returns to this location from baby gifts I’ve received that I didn’t need for my newborn. He made it super easy to make all the returns. Definitely a 10/10 employee. He gets 5 stars.
I returned items with Dane twice. When I first enter the store he gave me a very happy greeting. When I told him I had several returns his whole demeanor changed. He was rude, and judgemental. When I pulled up a Whole Foods QR code he frustratingly informed me that it was Whole Foods. Why react that way? It’s just a code! One less thing for you to bag up and slap a sticker on. I get that some people have bad days, but this is the second occurrence with him where he has been rude. It makes me not want to come to this location anymore. 0/5 stars for those ...
