I purchased new boots this season, had them heat moulded (elsewhere) and skied 20 days in them so far. Generally they were feeling right but there was one particular spot on both feet that was still not sitting right and causing pretty horrific pain. I was powering on through thinking it was just a new boot thing but today while skiing Vail I was having such a bad time because of the pain that I said enough and headed into Lionshead to find some assistance.
I stumbled into Outdoor Divas and was seated immediately! I was then interrogated (in a good way) about where the pain was, enabling rhe staff member to pinpoint the source of the issue. He then made some tweaks to my liners that made an immediate difference, I could feel it just standing/walking in my boots!
I headed out for a couple more runs to test them out and it was definitely a huge improvement! One side felt like it needed a further tweak so I headed back in and they were more than happy to help again.
The expertise these guys showed was super reassuring and the service was fantastic! Plus, there's a cute floof to pat while you're in store.
I will absolutely be returning for any other needs I have in future and will be recommending Outdoor Divas...

I have challenging feet … they pronate quite severely and I have sensitive feet in general. She was so patient with me, spending time trying on many options and eventually customizing the one that had the best starting point. Not only that but she had last years model on super sale and was encouraging to go for it.
The first day I skied with my new boots was life changing. Who knew that you didn’t have to experience such pain while skiing?
She did a quick adjustment at the end of that day based on what transpired and the next day was EVEN BETTER. Her joy in seeing that we found a solution proved yet again the focus that Divas has for happy customers.

Read moreI placed an item in my online cart for my wife, prior to hitting confirm purchase button, I decided I should check with my wife that this was the item she wanted. As usual, I was wrong. The item she wanted was available on another website, so we purchased it there. A few hours later, I received an email saying the purchase at Outdoordivas was completed. I called the store to cancel the order, they stated that not only was the purchase completed (probably accidentally pushed button when phone was in my pocket?) but it had been shipped. Without hesitation, the store contacted the driver, pulled the package and canceled the order. That’s amazing service, from start to finish. Including, noticing an online purchase in the store and having it shipped within hours, up to canceling the order, when it was no fault of their own.
