I'm sorry to do this, but I was extremely disappointed. I had the Croque Monsieur, and I can honestly say it was the worst Croque Monsieur I have ever had in my life. For a restaurant called Les Délices De France I was not impressed with their "French Delights" maybe as just a breakfast place it might be good but if you’re going to call yourself Les Délices De France I would hope they would actually have basic "French Delights" and at least be adequate. They don’t even have Pain au chocolat, the croissants are in prepackaged bags and seem store bought, as for the Croque Monsieur, the flavor, the texture, and the components used were all completely wrong. First of all they didn't even use the correct cheese, they used Swiss cheese, and you might be able to get away with that for the inside of the sandwich but for the top it was just depressing. Secondly it wasn’t wormed/cooked properly; when I received the sandwich the single slice of Swiss cheese on top wasn't even melted. It should be gruyère but if you're going to use Swiss cheese at least use grated cheese and add a Béchamel sauce to help with the flavor. Lastly they used French toast for the bread so it just made the sandwich limp and the batter they used affected the flavor and not in a good way. I apologize if this comment comes off rude. I admit I might be a bit bias as a Chef who lived in France for 3 years, but I was very disappointed. I don’t know who owns this restaurant or if they are even French, I know the people cooking it were not so you can’t really blame them. If the owner is at all interested I would be willing to come in and train your kitchen staff on how to properly prepare some French dishes/pastries. For no other reason than that Croque Monsieur was really offensive and I would...

Read moreHonest Review : First - Love that this is a small business trying to make it work in the midst of giant Vail owned restaurants. Second - I had been a rush customer ordering only coffee and croissant and had found the croissants to be not that great.
However, last week I went in and actually ordered breakfast - the Cheesy Bacon Omelette and Cafe Latte. It was more than expected - really good. So - wanted to share with you that this is a great alternative to the Little Diner - Omelette was great (get the Swiss cheese) as was the Cafe.
Attached are some pics - hope you like it as...
