On sunday, I purchased with cash, a guardian cap for grandson football helmet and receiver gloves.. 69$ and 39 $ gloves were fine, two days later went to return the 69$ helmet cap, still in package, still in dicks bag, and wouldn't take it back or give me store credit since I returned to buy him79$ cleats . There's a difference between a customer and a scammer.. she said I can give you $10 for the guardian cap when I just paid 69.. are u kidding me? I understand policy but this manager and employee was rediculous... I spent over 200 in 3 days there and wouldn't return it. Never even opened.. 10$ for something I paid 69 two days prior? I hope amazon puts you out of business!! Rules are for scammed not good customers.. I will do my best to find that receiot.. I dont join clubs cause I already get 100000 emails a day... rediculous... worst policy ever... Lost my business.. your lucky my grandson needed cleats that day .... so lucky...

We had to get the bat we purchased in my previous review (below) warrantied. I was having trouble so I went to the experts to help me out. Store manager Albert started a new claim for me and got the ball rolling and told me what to do next. Less than a week later I was buying a new bat with my gift card from the warranty. THAT is how things get done. Albert knocked it out of the park for us for sure.

Went in to look at composite bats for my little slugger and came out a winner! Associate Becky helped us pick out the best bat for our daughter. She told us all about the materials it was made out of... the difference between 1 and 2 piece bats... whether this bat was balanced or end loaded.... This place is pretty nice, it's not as big as some of their other locations but it's very well kempt & nicely set up. The staff were more than happy to help (granted when I was there it really wasn't that busy). I was looking for some roller skates but didn't see much of a selection. But they do have a really nice wide selection of great athletic brands of clothes/shoes & equipment including but not limited to; Under Armour, Adidas, Nike, Reebok etc... Prices are kinda high & all over the place, but most sporting equipment is pretty pricey. But they do actually put some nice discounts on some items, guess it kinda just depends on what you want. Overall though it's a really nice store,...
