I used to love going to this shop a few years ago, staff were friendly but not over the top, prices were at least to my view reasonable. Coming back here in 2025 I was very disappointed. The staff practically followed me around I felt very pressured into buying something and it was clear the lady at the front desk was upset by her voice when I wished her well leaving without a purchase, as the way the staff were treating my partner and I we felt very inclined NOT to spend our money here.

Every other metaphysical shop sells the same things for way cheaper, and additionally the obnoxious pop music was very unwelcoming and does not suit the atmosphere whatsoever.

While I appreciate friendliness from employees, it was incredibly excessive and I felt demanded to purchase things, the lady in the back was very sweet however the other staff made me feel as though they saw us as a threat and that we were going to steal.

Overall very uncomfortable experience. I was excited to show my partner this store but we will not...

Honestly a pretty cool shop they do have some stuff in there that i feel white people shouldn’t be selling or owning as it seems like cultural appropriation. Had a bad experience there being followed around by all the workers with a couple of my friends(her being black and me being brown). I went to check out the rings and as I was talking to the two girls the older one came up to make sure to remind them that they needed it back to hold if i was gonna buy it. which no big deal I’ve also worked in retail and understand policy, But the tone and way she inserted herself was a little uncomfortable. The real kicker was when a friend and I both went to use the restroom and came out to see one of the workers standing outside the door she promptly went in to seem unsuspicious and then turned on the water and then walked back out.Really bummed because there is some cool stuff but not worth...

Really disappointed by my experience today. I went in about noon to see someone at the desk who initially seemed friendly. They were wearing cat ears and a tail and I wanted to compliment them.

My boyfriend has been speaking highly of this place for ages and so I was really excited to come check it out.

The good is… it was an amazing store, well stocked and smelled good. The people in the back doing projects were also friendly. The prices were more than fair and I ended up buying three very nice bracelets for me and my boyfriend.

The bad. I feel incredibly harassed. The cashier would not leave us alone and was staring the whole time. They followed us around and nearly chased us down when we picked things up to look at them.
