Landmark Assisted Living — Local services in Vernal

Our family would like to commend all the staff at the Landmark Assisted Living for making our mom's stay so great. It was a frightening decision to take mom out of her home and put her into an unknown place when she needed 24-hour assistance and care, but Holly, and all her staff made it so welcoming, accommodating and safe for my mom. The CNA's treat the patients kindly, and professionally and answered questions or found the answers if they didn't know. The activities they have for the patients/residents made a big impact on our mom feeling good about being there. The door(s) to enter are locked at night and we had to get buzzed in when we needed to go in late. It is a very clean environment, and is well taken care of. We give The Landmark Assisted Living the highest recommendation for when your loved one(s) need a safe, clean, and patient-centered home to stay. Thank you Holly and staff for being the family...

This place is awesome! Great food, clean and dedicated staff. Shannyn is one of the cooks. She is so patient and nice. They make really yummy meals and have food available 24/7 if you get peckish. I put a photo of the anytime menu in the photo section. My mom has been a resident for 10 months. She has gone through periods of being able to come down to eat and not being able to get out of bed. They have patiently worked with her and helped in all situations. Holly, the director, is amazing! My mom was in the hospital for a week and Holly checked in every day to see how my mom was doing. They do crafts, have medical staff on site, have a fabulous hairdresser on site and a podiatrist that comes in monthly. You can rest assure that your loved one will be well taken care of here! This place is amazing! My sweet grandma moved into this facility after she broke her hip and was unable to continue living at her home alone. It is a very clean, and beautiful facility. The rooms are very decently sized and roomy. The food always seemed yummy and to grandma’s satisfaction. But the staff is what truly makes this place amazing! They do so many fun activities to get everyone involved and social. They were all so sweet and kind to my grandma. She was someone that was a little shy and hard to bring out of her shell. But they showed her love and kindness until she was able to open up! They were so patient with her and took such excellent care of her until the very end.
