***UPDATE: After leaving review I received a full refund as earlier promised.*** 🚫 BEWARE.🚫 DO NOT PUT DOWN A DEPOSIT 💸 WITH THIS COMPANY. They will not refund and are now blocking 🚫 my phone calls. I put down a deposit of $525 just prior to Covid stay home orders March 14th 2020. I emailed 11 days later to get a refund. Melanie said they could hold the deposit 2 years until after Covid. I agreed to help them. When we decided to not do the trip I reached out again to get my refund once again. Melanie emailed back saying the credit card was expired. (I had already gave her the current number again.) I called again from a WORK phone so she would take my call and gave her the credit card 💳 number again. STILL NO REFUND. I have now emailed Melanie several times (3) without a response. She has also 🚫 BLOCKED my phone number also I have left several messages without any being returned.

I did the Gates of Lodor trip with friends coming from all over the country. Coordination would have been a nightmare but RR made it simple. We did the whole thing with them. Shuttle, gear, and food. It was awesome! Communication was great, gear quality was the nicest I've ever seen from an outfitter, and the food was honestly very very well done. They have a system and boy do they do it well. It'll probably make every other trip/outfitter I use in the future seem lacking. Prices were reasonable. I've got nothing but good things to say. Customer satisfaction is very very high

The most professional, detail oriented, and friendliest raft rental company in the business. On the phone, Melanie is the best and has superior customer service skills. On the ground, Ed was fantastic and came with all of the knowledge we'd need for a successful trip. The equipment was excellent and seemed almost new. We are so grateful to these folks and wish we could come back to run the Yampa every year!

I'd like to thank the folks at River Runners Transport. Our group has been using RRT for 8 years if not longer. This last July trip our trailer broke down, fortunate in Craig, Colo., Saturday afternoon. No time to get parts and or do the necessary repairs. We dropped the trailer at a nearby automotive facility and coordinated with RRT to pick my truck up at the Lodore put in and then to pick up the trailer in Craig once the repairs were finalized. Honestly I didn't worry about it the entire river trip and I was right. When we took out at Split Mountain my vehicle and trailer were waiting for us. River Runners shuttled my electric vehicle (2024 chevy equinox ev 2lt awd) from Lodore Ranger station to Split Mountain takeout and it still had over 30% charge when I picked it up. I really appreciated them talking through with me their experiences with EVs. Melanie assured me they drive the speed limit on rt 40 which helped with mileage. I charged in Craig before the trip and had 78% at the put in (i drove slow). I expected to have to go to Vernal after the trip and charge but I had enough to head to the charger in Craig with a very brief stop to 40kw charge in Dinosaur. The new charger coming next month in Maybell...
