We have lived here for a year and the staff here is top notch, Roscio, Jon, Jackson and Knol are amazing , the facilities are always clean and accessible, tenants are routinely informed of any thing happening in and around the building, the facility sells itself, when anyone comes to visit us here they are immediately impressed with look and feel of the place, I would highly recommend living here , but there is a caveat to how wonderful the place is and that is the some of the residents (NOT Everleigh related) some of these people are so horrible which makes staying here impossible, yes the management team does address pretty much all concerns, but they can’t fix the people. We are moving out after only a year, the monthly salary rates are a bit high but thats to be expected for a place like this, but its not worth the hassle of dealing with angry, bitter and jealous people,, we wanted to move out earlier but braking the lease agreement was WAY too expensive. I have spoken with some residents that were moving and the number one reason was the residents ( one would think with the age parameters, 55 and up)the atmosphere would be much better, but it is not, it is equivalent to horrible middle school. For sanity sake, and not being hyperbolic moving out was necessary, which only makes the entire situation even more expensive, there should be a way out of lease for having to endure nonsense (again NOT Everleigh...

If you care who lives off of your money Google CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT GREYSTAR These are your owners and everything that is happening in other states is happening right here. Terrible people. I was one of the first people to move in and they ALL lied to me and many others about the amenities just so we would sign and move in. 17 of us moved out in the first year if that doesn’t make you think twice GOOD LUCK you have been warned. GREYSTAR NEEDS TO BE GONE. You will have the worst internet experience ever and you have to have their internet and the money they make from garbage pick up is sickening. Enjoy what you are looking at for the size of their pool….its a scam. Their pool is one of the smallest pools I’ve ever seen. Oh yeah and if you ask Management to raise the temperature, they lower it, the water exercise gal told them that if they don’t raise the temperature she will not be able to get in the pool with the residents and it happens! The worst place I’ve ever lived. It was so depressing. If you want a community with many people complaining then this is for you!!

My husband and I have lived at Everleigh Vernon Hills for 1.5 years. The location is perfect for us - close to work, church & family and very convenient to restaurants and stores. We enjoy our 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment with balcony, which includes a spacious kitchen and GE appliances. The large washer/dryer are especially appreciated. All the Everleigh staff are friendly, helpful, and quick to answer questions. One of the nicest perks of living here is the maintenance free lifestyle. Submitting a service request is quick and easy. We appreciate the responsiveness of the maintenance staff! The building and grounds are well-maintained.

Among the many amenities we enjoy are the small pool, hot tub, coffee machine, fitness center, and being able to reserve the great room for personal events. Most of all, Everleigh is dog-friendly! This is what drew us to visit for the first time. Everleigh is located in a business park, so there are many accessible walking paths for you and your dog.
