I went in around 12:45pm .. wanted to order the 7 for 7 deal spaghetti no meatballs and the Mac and cheese.. I asked the cashier if that deal was still going on her reply was I'm not sure then no we don't she didn't seem so sure didn't even bother to ask another coworker... Either was I specifically order a spaghetti never said meatballs and the Mac and cheese total normally come out to 15 something when the cashier said 19 something I told her to just put in the Mac and cheese I thought to myself something doesn't seem right .. as I waited for my Mac and cheese I took the time to ask another employee about the 7 for 7 and she replied yes they still have it and then I replied then why was I being charged 19 when I placed my order she said the cashier put it as a spaghetti and meatballs... I'm a person coming from a food service background it would have been nice if the cashier tried to find the right answer if she wasn't sure her self rather than to say no/she not sure ask someone who does know ... On top of that I know more about the menu then her... As well as her trying to over charge someone needs to pay more attention to what they order because I never once mention spaghetti and meatballs I specifically said spaghetti... Long story short I still got over charge because of that...
Read moreWorst customer service ive ever received. Waited 25mins for my order. Original order to sit and eat in the restaurant. Request it be changed to go as I needed to return to work. Very rude manger tells the lady upfront that my order was made and she handed it elsewhere. She has to remake it. I Requested a refund as I had to return to work. Manger refused my refund my money and said she would remake it as she didn't have time to leave the kitchen. I said thats not her decision I have to leave. Ill wait for my refund or return to get it later. I asked why time she leaves to make sure I could still speak with her, as she knew the situation. Then responds stating im not telling you what time I get off work and implied some nefarious intentions. She hands me my food, which was made incorrectly, and I leave. I immediately call the store to get her name and a complaint number. She continues to yell at me on the phone and state she wasn't giving me her managers number and wouldnt give me her name. The store was CLEAN. All food was in stock. The music and environment was so inviting and relaxing . I particularly would like to mention Sharell. She set the tone for our visit. We were warmly greeted with the most genuine and cheerful smile. Without hesitation she offered crayons and a coloring page to our daughter. We were so impacted by her kindness we couldn’t help but watch her as she navigated the store and interacted with every coworker and every customer so graciously. Every single person that she made contact with walked away with a smile on their faces. This is rarely seen nowadays in most establishments . Sharell is gem and will be the reason customers come back and coworkers stay. We strongly urge you to continue building a staff that carries this spirit with them.
