V's Barbershop Verrado — Local services in Verrado

It was my first time at V’s. I went with my brother for his appointment with Las. I’ll admit—he gave a good haircut, but his attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional.

When I politely asked him to touch up a spot on my brother’s head, instead of addressing it he sarcastically asked me, “Are you a barber?” I said no, and he replied, “You think you know more than a barber?” For the record, I was not rude or disrespectful in any way. The only reason I even said anything was because he had already undone the barber cape and pulled the mirror out so my brother could see the back of his head. I’m obviously not a barber, but that usually signifies that the haircut is over.

The fact is, we’ve been getting haircuts all our lives, and as customers we know what we want. A barber cutting someone’s hair for the FIRST TIME should be willing to collaborate to achieve the customer’s vision, not to be rude and arrogant. The fade was clearly higher on the right side, and once he noticed it himself he knew he was in the wrong and tried to make excuses by saying, “I obviously wasn’t finished.” Then proceeded to play nice to make up for his horrible attitude. My son’s previous experience at a different barbershop was not that great. He was a little worried about going to another. After his experience here, he asked to come back when he needs another haircut. It was our first time coming here, i was running 5 minutes late to our booked appointment but it wasn’t a problem and we were seen right away. Our barber (i wish i knew his name) listened to not only myself but my son as well with what he was wanting. Before finishing, he made sure my son was happy with it. Wonderful experience at this shop. I was driving an hour each way to a different barbershop to receive my haircut. I recently moved to Verrado and decided to look for a location that was closer. V’s Barbershop recently opened here so I decided to give them a try. Scheduling an appointment was very easy through their app and allowed me to select my time preference and barber. Laz was awesome! As we chatted I found out that this shop is his franchise location and he takes great pride in the cuts he gives and service they provide.
