Rude lady at DD’s About to leave for my flight back home came out here to visit some family
stopped here to buy a little suitcase bag also bought a pair of shoes the lady at the checkout seemed really nice at first and then she put my shoes inside the suitcase bag I asked her for bag for the shoes and she totally ignored me
Then I asked her do you got a big bag for the suitcase because I didn’t want the bag to get dirty or any dog hair on it cause my mom and dad has dogs and they have dog hair all over their car and I just spent my hard and money on this pretty bag. I didn’t want it to get dog hair all over it
So I asked your ma’am, don’t you guys have any big bags she said yeah we don’t give out our big bag for other than a higher purchase. It cost me over $60 And how can you sell a big huge item and not give a big bag it doesn’t make sense then I said you know what ma’am or can I pay you for the bag? Please hon I need a bag as I don’t want it to get dirty. Can I pay you for it? How much you want $2 3 dollars what do you want for a big bag?
This lady was so rude. She didn’t wanna sell me a bag. Her name was Lily or some thing like that I didn’t even care to remember her name. She was a Mexican lady with a big attitude with no customer service experience at all I even told her I was giving her a bad review and she said go ahead !!!
So here’s your bad review ma’am she refused to sell me a bag. She refuses to give me a bag maybe she’s in lack of something I have no idea there’s no reason for a person especially in customer service to be Very rude person she needs God in her life.
And she need to learn how to treat people quit her job or someone needs to fire this woman God bless you miss I don’t know what side of the bed you got off of today
But it could’ve easily been resolved you could’ve said I’m sorry ma’am here’s your bag no worries but no you wanted to be hateful so this is...

If we have receipts and want to return, we should be able to get our money back. Store credit is not good enough, don't like the idea of feeling forced to spend my money at stores, actual store may or may not have anything I want, and I should not have to travel to other cities for a choice. This is why I barely shop...
Read moreToday was the first time that I ever shopped at dd’s. I didn’t know what to expect. It reminded me of a Ross Store. A variety of discounted merchandise. The store was extremely busy for a Wednesday early afternoon. There were lots of staff stocking goods, and four cashiers open so the line to check out was quite manageable. I found a pair of Levi’s and memory foam slippers. Both were very reasonably priced. I didn’t see anything in the store that I had not seen elsewhere. By far the majority of merchandise was women’s clothing. They had tons. My mother seemed happy with the selection and price and secured a few items. The store was reasonably clean and organized. I would visit again with my mother but not...
