BUYERS BEWARE! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE!!! This is a terrible, disrespectful, and fraudulent company. They will sell you broken items and then leave you hanging by their unwillingness to rectify the situation like a normal adult. This company is trained in special tactics to pass the buck and only collect your money.
I ordered a $500 dresser, was weeks late, all the e-mails they sent me never matched up with what I was supposed to do. I called in to verify a delivery date and the representative at the time was unsure of his answers. Literally saying he was unsure.
I finally get my dresser weeks after ordering it. Of course it was damaged. the bottom two right drawers were sticking out farther than the rest of them. I took out the two drawers and then found a massive chunk of the dresser was missing, along with one of the guide rails on the bottom (pictured).
I end up calling immediately that day and of course no one answers. So I send an email. I then start speaking with Brad Garavet who was less than helpful. tried offering me a $25 refund. How insulting after I just spent $500+ and receive a broken dresser that is not what I purchased. He tells me that his manager Alex W was able to approve a $50 refund. I say no, it would cost me $100 dollars to get it all fixed by a local carpenter.
Brad Garavet tells me that his supervisor Alex W. will not do anything other than what I was offered. I state that I did not purchase a broken dresser, and no where in the description of my purchase or order does it state that I will be stuck with a broken dresser. I tell him that if he is unable to do the $100 then I want a replacement dresser. His reply is that he will send my information off to another department and they SHOULD get back to me in the next 5-10 business days. This is a joke DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! you will have nothing but problems from the moment you hit purchase.

Mike greeted us immediately and assisted us in finding exactly what we needed and it was instock so we were able to get it immediately from the distribution center.. he gave them a call ahead of time so they could pull it which saved us some time. The other pieces we wanted we needed to measure just one more time to make sure they would fit.. He was able to take payment over the phone and again was able to get it instock from the distribution center.. I texted Mike again on day 3 .. please note.. he was off that day but STILL responded immediately as we wanted to buy another piece from the same family of furniture styles and that piece was also in!! YAY!! So he got Denise at the store to write up the paperwork and we went back to complete the transaction and Denise called the distribution center to have it pulled as we went to get that one as well. This was honestly a very positive experience. Mike and Denise are all pretty amazing and worked as a team for us to get this furniture.. we absolutely love the new look we have in our rooms and very nice quality .. and we have Mike and Denise to thank at Ashley Furniture in Plover WI. Mike also threw in a free Memory Foam pillow ..we didn’t even know that til we picked up the first piece of furniture.. little did he know my husband needed a new pillow .. lol.. and he likes that too. Read moreWe spent over $2,500 for a Flexsteel lift chair in May. We received the chair in June. Shortly thereafter we noticed a head pillow was not delivered with the chair. The pillow zips to the top of the chair. We asked the people in show room for the pillow. We were told they had to order one, They said it might take 6 to 8 weeks. Odd because that is more than it took to make an entire chair and all we wanted was a pillow. We received a box that had the foam insert for pillow but not the cover that matched upholstery on chair. Back to store. Told they would reorder. Then my daughter and her husband went to the store. After a week, back to store. After a couple weeks back to store. Then last Friday we were told customer service would call the following Monday. Told them to come get the chair and return our money if they couldn't complete the order. When we didn't receive call, we called them. We were told there was no order for the pillow. All the times we had been there and they never ordered the pillow cover? Asked for manager to call, we were told we would get a call on Wednesday. Today is Thursday, no call. I have a bad back and am waiting for back surgery (hopefully in next 2 weeks). I needed the pillow and didn't think it would take 2 months to make a pillow cover. We are getting no where. Be sure to check product on delivery to make sure all the parts are there.
