This is the worst Fab’rik location ever. I decided to visit this location on 8/27. I arrived around 12:30 pm and as I entered she stood behind the counter without opening her mouth. She did not greet me, nor ask if I needed help. She just stood behind the counter pretending to look at her phone. As I walked around the store, she then started staring, still without saying a word. At that point, I started feeling uncomfortable as if she had a problem with me shopping in your store. I continued to browse and noticed another woman, who was of a different hue came in and she treated her the same. Then when a couple of her same hue entered, she politely greeted them. After witnessing this it is obvious of a few things; either she doesn’t like people of a different hue, treats all customers like this, or has poor customer service training. Instead of calling her out on what I feel it to be, whatever it is, it needs to be corrected. I will never enter your store again if I feel mistreated. I live in that area and hope that one employees bad behavior does not tarnish the overall image of your store. For now, I will not be visiting this...

I was in town and visited this store. I thought the items were cute but the employee who worked on 2/13 around 4:30 pm, watched me the entire time as if I planned to steal, etc. I wanted to confirm my feelings so I tested things to make sure I wasn’t overthinking things. I walked from one end of the store to the next and she would find a way to face toward my direction each time I moved. I decided to start in the front and walk directly to the back and sure enough she turned completely around to watch me. There were about 6 items I wanted to purchase for Valentine’s Day but because I felt profiled I decided to walk out and try a different boutique. Do better people! I was in town visiting and there were two girls behind the counter who just stared at my mother and I. They were super rude and seemed very bothered that we were in the store. As another reviewer stated, they seemed to be noticeably friendlier with a woman who was of their same hue in the store at the same time as us. My mom ended up buying something, but I refused. Super weird vibes. We literally ended up going to another fab’rik location and had a completely different experience and we were treated with the upmost respect.
