Best to avoid this office Max location unless you do not mind being mistreated by what appeared to be "possible" reverse discrimination. The lack of customer servicing at the copy making area and the entire (mis) behavior of the African American female employee with the Dennis Rodman hair style was far beyond just having a bad day or a " bad hair day". It was more in line of " possible" racist behavior. I did attempt to discuss this situation with the manager, that did not know if he was the manager or not when I first asked him a simple question. I said excuse me sir, are you the manager? I quote " maybe , what is it to you"? I then said, sir I ask you a very simple question, are you or are you not the store manager? A simple yes or no answer would be fine. He than said, " yes, I am the manager, but I am too busy right now to talk with you, I am busy with another customer" about that time a lady walked up from behind me. So I than said that I will wait. I waited about ten minutes as he appeared or intented to make a few copies for her as extremely slow as was humanity possible. Finally, he came over to the side counter to talk with me. His attitude had not gotten any better, so I as made an attempt to discuss calmly and discribe the other employees behavior he "smarted off again". So at that point the "Gloves came off", I no longer attempted to be nice or calm. I said now I more clearly "fully"" understand why the the African American lady has the attitude that she does, you clearly empower and enable her to act the way that she does and you also have an attitude that is unbecoming of any true manager or supervisor. You started this entire situation off on a bad note by smarting off and than interrupting me, so now, I will give you my thoughts and in a way that you will better understand, a dose of your own medicine. As I said previously, the gloves came off, I told him the he is " a Fat, Lazy Slob, with no management or supervisor skills, and that she definitely takes her misbehavior from his attitude." He then ordered me to leave his store and that he would inform his distinct manager about this situation. I told him that I had made my thoughts known to him and that I also would also inform his manager s about this situation and how both he and his employees treat their customer s. That is exactly what this review is about. Honestly, the one star rating is two stars too much, but since goggle maps does not allow for a minus one, this one star it is. I am still totally amazed by the actions of those two individuals within that office Max location. I still believe why they acted like they did to myself, my wife, and my first cousin that lives very near that location. I have thought about it many times over this past week, the conclusion is still the same. We were just there to make copies of ancrestry research information but we got treated like the civil war was still going on in Atlanta, ironically, on the way over to office Max to make those ancrestry research paper copies, we made plans to go down to the Andersonville Ga Historical site to visit our relatives grave sites that are buried there at the civil war prison memorial; Hubbard Blaylock jr (1844-1864)and Morgan Harvey, (-1865).. They gave their lives in the fight against slavery, and the inhumane treatment​ of others. For the record, all of my relatives except one fought on the union side during that war, I also have served our nation in combat with the U.S.Army and fought against the mistreatment of others around our world. I can not and will not let this type behavior go "unchecked", especially in my own back yard, nor should anyone else. With all this being now said, I do not plan on ever doing anymore business with a company like office Max that allows their employees or store manager s to conduct themselves like these two people did.    Read moreMy visit was good, bad, then good again because of Erin and Cliff. I applaud Erin and Cliff for the quick customer service recovery. I was there for an hour after an associate stepped in to assist Erin in the printing of my document.
She took over, and Erin assisted. She tried and printed a lot of copies because the grey color of the document changed after they changed the cartridge. She grew frustrated, and I had to push for the issue to be resolved. After an hour and several attempts, I asked her if someone else could assist. She walked away, came back, and said, “Joe said this happens, and we can only print one more time’” The store was not busy ( 2-3 other customers), and I was never allowed to talk with Joe. Joe never saw my documents.
Erin, with whom my visit started, and Cliff stepped in and completed it within a couple of minutes. Erin started the visit by finding me in the aisle and discussing my printing job. I was taken aback. Usually, they call you overhead. Her approach was very kind, and she got the job done quickly. I wished Erin stepped back in sooner, or the other young lady never stepped in. It would have saved me an hour.
Customer service is present depending on who you encounter. I left a lot less frustrated because of the service recovery. Thank you, Erin and Cliff. Because of you, I will consider this business again. This location needs more...

Your male associate lied and completely messed up my client's postcards for their event. Not only was the job messed up by your associate, my client and I were treated rudely by the same individual. (Client face to face, myself on the phone) When I tried to contact the store to have the situation fixed for my client's event, per your customer service advisement, I was not allowed to speak to the store's manager. Nevertheless, my client missed a significant marketing opportunity; when they returned to the location later that evening, the associate was very rude and unprofessional. On top of it all, the order was still messed up, and my client was told that they better not say anything about it being messed up this time. I want you to know that I am highly disgusted, dissatisfied, and displeased with the lack of service. I don't appreciate the racist mistreatment overall and lack of understanding by your incompetent employee. I also didn't enjoy contacting your customer service and being hung up on. I will never refer anyone to you again. This was the worst treatment ever, and I will make it known since it wasn't...
