That was the worst place I have ever been to for dresses. When i went the first time there was a nice lady to help me an there was a sale going on so it was an okay price. She said that she would save the dress for me for when I came back and that any time i got money to put down for it i could. When I came back that lady was no longer working there, an so another lady helped me, i told her about the dress that the other lady saved for me, she went to the back and said its not back there an they only have one similar to it. I told them never mind then because i only wanted that one, she said hold on let me look on the racks, and what do you know, it was there! I tried it on again to make sure it fit me, and it did so i put down a deposit. They then told me that it has to be a third of the price for each payment, which i didnt have. She talked to the owner and she said that i could but when i came back i have to put down the rest of that an my second payment. So the lady wrote out my receipt and the owner walked up and said oh that dress isnt that price (the tag said 649$ both time I came in by the way), and they crossed out the numbers on the receipt right in front of me and rose it up to 874$. When you have already wrote it down you dont change it right infront of the customer and expecially when the tag on the dress says the other freakin price!! I paid only bcuz i wanted the dress so badly, went home and found the SAME EXACT DRESS online for 248$!!!!!!! so I went back and demanded my money back for my dress. They told me all they could do was give me store credit, i told them no bcuz I wont come back here ever again and they told me there was nothing they could really do an I told them that if they didnt give me my money back im bringing the cops into this because my receipt shows that you changed the price right in front of me and also its not the price thats on the tag and i have a picture to show it. As soon as i said that she went straight to the owner and the owner gave me my money back and i told them that im going to tell everyone i can about this and tell them never to go there. All she said was that she understands and walked off.

So I hope you guys read this and decide not to go :)...

The owner was SO RUDE! I had spoken with her on THREE separate occasions FACE TO FACE in less than a two week period. In that same two week period when I showed up for my appointment to try on dresses she acted like she had no idea who I was. I told her I had an appointment and she rudely said "are you sure?". Then she asked me to fill out a wedding details sheet and I reminded her that I did that two days earlier WHEN WE SPOKE FACE TO FACE and made my appointment. She acted like I was crazy then found the sheet and said "oh here it is. well we don't have any rooms available right now so you'll have to wait".

As furious as I was about the way she treated me, I waited to try on a few dresses anyway. She took her time and made me wait for a very long time while she chatted with a group of girls before coming back to help me zip up the first dress. The second dress I tired on had a corset back. As the owner was lacing it up, I mentioned that i wasn't a huge fan of the corset back and wanted to look into putting a zipper in instead. She told me that was a bad idea because corsets were really good for "bigger girls" like me to "keep things from jiggling". I told her that I planned to lose quite a bit of weight before the wedding and she again responded rudely with "Oh sweetie I hear that all the time! Brides always say they are going to lose weight and they rarely do. Dont count on it". I was so upset with the whole situation that I made up an excuse to not try on any more of the dresses I had picked out and just left.

Highly disappointed. I purchased a dress for my daughters wedding coming up in October 2019. (Paid for it in full.) I was measured by staff when ordering after trying on numerous dresses. Sz 12 is what I had tried on and Sz 12 is what the employee stated I measured to be so Sz 12 is what was ordered. Approximately 2 months later (late May 2019) I found out I was pregnant. I called spoke with an employee who stated there was nothing they could do. The dress had already been ordered. I picked up this dress today from the shop, tried it on before leaving the store and it did not fit. Would not even zip up in the back. I have not gained any weight. I am only 8 weeks pregnant. Yet was still told to just sell it on my own. The reason it didn't fit was because I obviously gained weight. (False) They were not willing to work with me at all. It was not a custome ordered dress just a standard Sz 12. No alterations offered, no apologies that maybe they ordered the wrong sz to begin with, No lets see what we can do. Terrible customer service. Beware when you order from this store months in advance that life doesn't happen. They DO NOT work with you at all and your just out hundreds of dollars.
