Wife went in for a dress to wear for our sons wedding. After shopping around we had a hard time getting other stores to understand what my wife was looking for. As soon as we walk in to this shop we were greeted by the owner her self. My wife explained that we had been having a hard time finding a dress. Gigi the owner knew exactly what my wife was looking for and pulled out a few dresses for her. Gigi helped my wife with suggestions and she even made some very helpful suggestions. Any work you need done on a dress is done in-house. She has dresses for all occasions. I mean allllll occasions. She has accessories as well. You need quinceañera crowns, she's got you. You need some earrings, bracelets? She's got you. You in a bind because of time? She's got you. Her prices are very reasonable and she is very patient. My wife says she wasn't afraid to ask any questions. Gigi made her feel super comfortable and she enjoyed the experience very much. Recommend...

Bought an item through amazon from this business. I had pre-ordered it so I waited 2 weeks after it should have arrived. However, I realized that that no tracking number was ever attached. When I contacted them, I received an email stating the item was "lost in the mail" but when I asked for the initial tracking number to verify this, none was provided. I then placed a refund request that was never answered and finally after about 2-3 months after ordering and already re-ordering the item from another seller, the product finally arrived on the same day the duplicate I had ordered from someone else had. If your employees can't keep track of dropping things off at UPS or USPS that have already been paid for and then typing in a tracking number I can only wonder how poorly mismanaged your brick and mortar store is. 3/10, would not purchase goods from this...
