Im going to give a warning to whoever reads this. Im not going to tell you not to buy here just a warning. I got a rebate for spending money there last year. It states. Use this on ANY item in the store. I brought it in and attempted to buy something. Something that something that was “on sale” was considered a coupon. So it voided my rebate. So i went in the next day, i stated i dont want it put on any account or credit card ill buy it with cash. I bought the item on December 23rd 2024. I opened it and showed the person who i was giving it to. They didnt like it so i attempted to return it on December 24th 2024. The receipt said $350 + tax which was 379.21. I was able to get a FULL refund with in 10 days. I went into the store asking for a return. They REFUSED to give me a return. They said because a coupon wad added i could not return it. the receipt did NOT have a coupon on it nor did they show me a coupon. I asked why does your receipt stat that i can get a full return? I had to argue with 5 members inside that store before they would consider a return. Finally they said ok but i wont give the return in cash it will be a check you will get in 10 days. They asked for my address and wrote it down on a paper and said ok bye. I had to go back and get a confirmation that i would get my money back. They did not want to talk to me. Its been over 20 days and i have yet to receive anything. Over all i would not ever go back to this terrible establishment. Bad customer service, horrible management horrible jeweler work, I bought a $1500 dollar ring and have had to take it in several times I mean several this would be like the 4th time, for stones falling out I literally picked it up last night at about 7 pm and today it’s not even noon and there’s a stone already missing. I like to be a loyal shopper I’ve bought several gifts for my wife and daughters from here. They scammed my wife into "buying" a crappy 1mm floor model 10 k "gold" necklace by begging her to come in to their Visalia store for a "free" gift while she was on a break from working at the mall. They held her I'd and then rushed her into a confusing situation (she is autistic/disability btw and trusts anyone) and then the sales woman lied to her when she asked for a cheap sterling silver necklace, and the put in a 10k gold necklace that she never wanted.my wife asked for the price and the saleswoman instead rang it up and got her to sign a SALES PLAN for almost 700$ even though we had the money to pay for it AS IS, No pay plan. All these people see is COMMISSION AND $$$ signs not people. She has now emailed them with no reply. We will not be extorted by fraudulent dealers....
