no greetings as you walk in, don’t approach you to offer help, finally paid attention to us and all we got was a “finding everything alright?” & didn’t give us a chance to respond just turned away immediately, once you ask to see an item they do it w an attitude. bobbi (sales manager) and valerie held a stank face the whole time we were in the shop almost as if us being there was an inconvenience. when we needed to pay, valerie threw the tablet to bobbi and made a face at us, again acting like our shopping was an inconvenience. no thank you or have a good day at the end of the purchase. the instant we left they went back to chatting and laughing. keep in mind we were the only ones in the store… will never return solely off the horrible service...

Worst customer service! DON’T come here to to Bakersfield instead. A worker named “Valerie” gave off such rude attitude for no reason. Had a disgusting face since I walked in. Asked for the student discount acted dumb and did not add it on purpose. The other worker was “cleaning” my rings she didn’t clean them. All she did was rub them with the cloth when asked why she brushed me off. All 3 gossiped of a previous customer and made rude remarks. Will never come back to...
