Mocek's Home Entertainment Center — Local services in Waco

Mocek's saved us hundreds of dollars! They recently repaired my 72' Toshiba projection tv and in the past my 65' Mitsubishi projection tv. The picture in both stopped showing and after about 12 years the color quality in the picture had diminished. We took both TVs there for repair and I was so pleased with the service. When I turned on the tv it was as if I was looking at a brand new tv! The colors were so vibrant again. I actually forgot how good the quality in these televisions were until I repaired mine. I was informed of the problem and what the cost would be before the repair was done. To my surprise the repair was under $200 on each of my TVs. My husband was prepared to purchase me a newer model on both occasions but I refused . I love the large projection TVs because the color quality is outstanding and they don't feel like "DISPOSABLE " TVs like the ones they make now. You have them for about 2 to 5 years and then they stop working properly. The cost to repair them could cost more or about the same as if purchasing a brand new one. It is so hard to find a tv repair shop here in Waco TX. I'm so happy that Mocek's is still around with their hard to find services. Wanting to cut my cable bill I went to Best Buy to inquire about a out door local antenna for Waco local channels. To my surprise the salesman directed me to Mocek's TV, and informed me he had them install his own, due to Best Buy does not install outdoor antennas. Once arriving at Mocek's I was greeted by Brian who was very knowledgeable about outdoor antennas and what I could expect with combined streaming. Once determining which antenna would be best for my application, i had it installed, and could not believe how many local channels I received ,over 50.I not only received all Waco but several from the Dallas metroplex also. I highly recommend Mocek's for any and all of there services. I will be doing business with them...

I had a tv installed above my fireplace. Brian was our tech guy and he did an amazing job, was very professional and precise. He informed us what could go wrong as it was a bit of a challenge to place because of the spacing between panel and chimney. After careful consideration we trusted Brian and he was able to put up our tv without any problems.

I highly recommend this mom and pop shop.

Oh... btw their pricing was way better...
