Yesterday, I had the most horrible experience and worst customer service in the Ulta Store in Wall Township. I was attempting to purchase Cashmere Mist Perfume, as I had done many times previously. The Perfume area was in total disarray and no sales associates were in the area. I enlisted who I thought was an Ulta employee, but who turned out to be an outside vendor for assistance. The outside vendor indicated the perfume sales associate was just there and offered to locate her. The next thing I knew the āperfume sales associateā, identified by the outside vendor, flew past me and I began to ask her about the Cashmere Mist Perfume. The perfume sales associate never slowed down to assist me, instead yelling loudly as she flew past me, āwe donāt carry Cashmere Mist Perfume anymore in the store, because it wasnāt sellingā¦.we just have the deodorant.ā She never stopped to address me personally, answer any questions I may have wanted to follow up with, nor did she offer any help or assistance in any way on whether the perfume was still available to purchase online from Ulta. She just flew past meā¦.if I had been in her path, she would have knocked me over! Rude and nasty doesnāt even describe how I was treated by her. I was very tempted to drop the other Ulta purchases I had in my bag and leave the store.

I press button and realized immediately i ordered 2 instead of 1. I tried to cancel but there is no function for cancel. UGH.. I shouldve realized then it was going to be painful experience. I have to stop my work day to call a person, which i did within 10 min of ordering. She said you cant cancel online.. Are you kidding me? it is a scam so you dont cancel. Anyway she said I would get a cancel email before day is out. She immediately put in for a cancel. 2 days later my item is now shipped. All of this aggravation, stress and time for nothing. I pledge never to order from ULTA again.... I will pay a premium for Amazon, Target, Walmart any of those sites just not to be stressed out and abused. We did not beforehand that you have to use products in order of thickness. Hopefully these new product reduce my husband's acne, Kris says she uses them herself and her skin looks great! To be honest, the entire staff treated me amazing and assisted me with my many questions (I'm not a makeup/skincare girly). It was nice to actually not be treated like a criminal for once with suspicion like most stores nowadays, I usually opt to shop online especially after bad service from Gap where I was followed the entire time.
