This may seem trivial but in a customer service business I expect more! I entered this UPS store today and did not see signs posted on the door that says they do not accept packages if the label is not affixed to same. As I was looking for the electronic label on my phone, I was advised by an older gentleman behind the counter, “If the label is not on the box we will not accept it.” Before I was able to say anything, another younger male employee basically yelled at me and said “There are three signs on the door- didn’t you see them.” Now I’m a big boy, with thick skin, but his tone was so very rude, loud and condescending. In hindsight, I should have asked for the owner or manger, but I was so upset. While leaving, I asked them if this is how you speak to your customers and I said I will NEVER return. Neither of the employees had a response nor tried to rectify the situation. Mind you, there was only one other customer in the store. As we all know, Customer service is so - so critical and this store owner needs to TRAIN its staff.. I await the owners response and I hope he doesn’t deflect as he has on other SIMILAR...
Read moreWow!!!! I just had the most awful experience at this Wall location. The young guy "Danny" at the counter is so incredibly nasty, impatient, and just down right mean. He had me so rattled. I see a lot of bad reviews due to being treated poorly at this location and I can only assume their mostly from dealing with him. Ive been in customer service my entire life and im very respectful when I am a customer so there was absolutely no need for him to be that way during our interaction. I have no idea what triggered him but that kid has no business working with the public with that attitude. I chose this location because its closer to my home but after that unnecessary interaction I will never come back here. Corporate needs to give that little brat the boot and hire employees that dont hate people or the job they applied for. If you go to that location prepare yourself ahead of time if you have to deal with "Danny"...
Read moreI had a terrible experience there just this morning 11/8/2024. I walked in with my phone and an obviously sleepy and grumpy associate came out from the back. I handed him my phone and he said oh this is the kind that you have to print the label out and package it yourself. And I know that I was there previously and and i emailed the label to them and they handled it for me. I said oh you don't do that anymore....where can I go I don't have a printer. And he just exhaled and looked at me like I was the most annoying thing in the world. So I gathered up my stuff and headed towards the door when he finally said well I can help you if you want? and repeated I'll help you as I was walking through the door. I went o my regular UPS guy the Neptune and I will never go back to that...
