This is a very clean and seemingly well thought out place with clear concise appealing menus detailing their seductive selections. From bowls…to toasts…to yep…you guessed it. BALLS! Upon entering I was greeting by a very nice staff member and I made my bowl selection. She stepped away from what looked like some cookies she was preparing on a sheet to help me and I inquisitively asked…”what is that you are making?” She said “Protein balls! We have them for sale but would you like a fresh sample?”. I obliged and whoa!! Those damn things were good! I made a purchase on the spot! This was excellent customer service and salesmanship and she should be commended. The bowl was quickly prepared and looked like Picasso upon creation but Matisse halfway through as I demolished it using a plastic spoon as a weapon. I would definitely revisit again and encourage any who is not particularly fond of BALLS to give them a try. P.S You can also enjoy a great cup of coffee and play Jenga while you wait for your creation.

Me and my girlfriend have been coming here a few times a week for several months. Ever since they hired new people this place has lost its touch. We were patient bc we know people need training and time to get into the swing of things. But now our patience is wearing thin. Our bowls are half the amount we typically get but yet the same price, the orders are wrong and have to be remade often, I’ve found a hair in my bowl last week, the base lately is practically water most of the time so my fruit sinks to the bottom before my first bite. Just now they set my order down without letting me know it was ready and it melted while the bananas turned brown. They ran out of base. So, on top of waiting over 30 mins for a fruit bowl I have to wait another 10 just for her to make the base itself. She never apologized, and laughed at the entire situation with her coworker. There has never been any accommodations for any of these inconveniences. Customer service has dropped, quality/value product has dropped, and my taste to look for other fruit places has increased. We purposely drive out of our way to come here bc we truly liked it here before. This is...

I was excited to try this place when craving a smoothie today. I got the Glow Up. It was like drinking a ton of coconut milk with a teensy bit of fruit and others things in it. It had frozen açaí, strawberries, banana, almond butter and Nutella. I could hardly taste anything other than the coconut milk and faint hint of strawberries. I was really disappointed. $10 for a small plus the tip I left staff. I could have purchased all of the ingredients to make ten smoothies for what I paid here, and it likely would have been better.

They need to revamp that smoothie, at least. It was my first time here, so I don't know what anything else tastes like. This should have had double the ingredients, more ice, half...
