I ordered chicken seek kabob(21$) and dal with tomato(16$). Kabob was very dry, little to no salt, mildly flavored. The price is outrageous and the portion was very, very small. See the picture. Tomato dal was flavorful, very thick (okay with me) absolutely no salt. Again overly priced. Other restaurants charge about 15$ for the kabobs and 9$ for the dal. Portion was small again. The rice that came with the dal was dry and crunchy and under cooked. Really, do you have an Indian chef or someone who doesn’t know how to cook? The price is ridiculous and the portion size is very small. Not worth it all. Also, are you catering to people with cardiac problems where salt needs to be avoided? Food had no salt at all. Staff are courteous and professional. This is only the good thing about this restaurant. Please don’t waste buying the kabobs. I may not go again but again, Walla Walla has only this Indian restaurant. Might try another dish.

This was my first time eating here and now my life is completely changed. To begin with the restaurant itself is very nice, beautiful furniture, very clean, exposed brick fantastic bar...just an awesome ambiance. Ordered two different types of naan which were both out of his world. The samosa was so delicious but what made it really special is our server came over with the sauces and explained to us how healthy the sauces we are eating actually are. What they heal and why. We then got the butter chicken and lamb saag. OMG! I eat Indian a lot and by far this is it for me...I have been spoiled and I will be driving to Walla Walla just for their food and amazing service. There was so much flavor and such good service I can’t say enough good things! My only complaint is that I couldn’t finish my meal as I was too full from all the delicious food! I didn’t want to leave any dead soldiers behind.

We recently visited again for lunch after it’s been a few years. At first we were slightly disappointed that they didn’t have the lunch buffet anymore, but we were proved wrong when we got our food. (Isn’t it true that buffets really aren’t the best way to enjoy food like this, anyway?) From the Samosa Chaat appetizer that four of us split, to the entrees we each got, we were blown away. Everything had so much flavor, and we couldn’t wait to eat leftovers later that day for dinner. There was so much food - tandoori chicken wings, lamb kadaahi, chicken broccoli curry and chicken tikka masala all were incredible paired with garlic naan and jeera rice! We frequent the restaurants downtown and I’m sad we’ve passed on this restaurant for a couple years now because now I realize what we were missing out on! Will be returning on our next visit to WW!

BAD, BAD, BAD!! 1st time here. I speak English freely but it was very hard to explain to the employees that I would like a drink. After 5 minutes of awkward explanation, and English-speaking gentleman named Phil (I believe) came up, and I was finally able to order a double Bloody Mary. They said a single one is $7, and after I drank it, they said it will be $14 + tax since it's a double. Total $15.25.

I've been to plenty of bars and a double is $1-$3 in addition to the single's price, NOT DOUBLE PRICE!

I hung around outside enjoying the air, and since it was closing time, the workers came out to take all the chairs in and Phil was one of them. He asked me how the drink was, I told him that it was good, and I also asked him about the price. He said that it should be only a little bit extra for a double and not double price.

He then also told me that he put five shots into my drink... I'm not kidding. I would have greatly appreciated that a couple years back when I would just try to get drunk as fast as possible, BUT now I like to be safe, and if he actually did that, this is a HUGE issue!

This is highly illegal! Somebody more sensitive to alcohol could have a very adverse reaction or even die from something like this!

In addition, more than half the glass was filled with ice and the glass itself was very thin and pretty short. I'm very comfortable with telling volume, and that glass could MAYBE fit five shots if it was fully empty, not filled with ice and flavors to the brim. I did not feel at all like I drank five shots, I'm not even positive that there was enough liquor for two shots in it.

So while Phil did not put five shots in there, he told me that he did, which is, well, a lie.

He did say that he is a manager there and told me to call tomorrow to get the price issue figured out. If everything goes well tomorrow I might edit this review.

If you decide to go here, be careful. Pay attention to the amount of liquor they put in your drink and always ask the...

I had a terrible experience at this place. I ordered a goat meat dish. It said the goat meat was on the bone. My first bite, I hit something hard and small. I pulled it out and it was a small bone shard, sharp and pointy. Second bite, again another bone shard. This one was about an inch long and sharp. Third bite, a third bone shard. This one was a little over an inch long and conical shaped. This one was very sharp at the tip and could have really hurt my mouth or possibly lodged in my throat. My fourth bite, another bone, not a shard. I had not had a single bite of meat yet. By this time I was repulsed by the meal. I inspected the rest of my meal and could not find hardly any meat in the dish, just a bunch of Bones and ligaments. I was not impressed. I notified a waitress about the bone shards and she took them back to the chef and came back and said basically it was normal to have bones because the dish was goat on the bone. She apologized but did not do anything. Another worker that appeared to be a manager came by and asked how our meal was, and I explained what happened, and he said the dish should have bones in it and then apologized but did nothing. I don't think the dish should have had bone shards in it that could hurt you. The dish did not taste very good either. I think they should have offered to give me a different dish if anything. I was not impressed with the management. Hopefully no one will get hurt from...

The reason I choose to have dinner here was because it had great reviews. How ever I showed up @ 630pm on Sunday night I admit that it was busy but not overly we ask if we can take a seat at the bar while we waited the hostess said no bar is full don’t know what was going on there as there was only one person at the bar so we waited by the front door 15 minutes go by lots of people had left restaurant by now lots of empty tables we where not acknowledge at all I had to ask the cleaning person that if they had any seats for us yet she had no clue. She had to ask the hostess when she came and got us the hostess did not care or acknowledge that we had been waiting for 20 minutes by know. Finally we get seated 15 more minutes go by nothing happening finally I decided to leave the service was absolutely unacceptable! Yes I know we are all short staff I know that but to not care or acknowledge our presence it’s not ok the night before we had dinner at the steak company and they where amazing just saying it don’t take much to make me happy just acknowledge...
