Outstanding Italian Experience in Downtown Walla Walla! We had an absolutely wonderful evening at Fiasco on Main tonight, and I can’t recommend this place highly enough! From the moment we sat down at our table, we knew we were in for a treat. The food was exceptional across the board. We started with the Burrata Caprese, which was perfectly fresh with creamy burrata, ripe tomatoes, and just the right balance of basil and balsamic. The fingerling potatoes were crispy on the outside, tender inside, and seasoned beautifully - a perfect shareable side. For our mains, we ordered both the Cup n Char Hot Honey and Prosciutto Cotto pizzas, and honestly, both were phenomenal. The Cup n Char Hot Honey had that perfect sweet-heat combination with crispy pepperoni cups that were addictive, while the Prosciutto Cotto was elegant and flavorful with high-quality ingredients that really shined through. The crust on both pizzas was spot-on - chewy with great char. Our server Briana T was attentive, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations. We had Fiasco Pizza cater our wedding back in October of 2023 and they were fantastic! The pizza was delicious and I was really appreciative that they came about two hours before the cocktail hour to set up and get things ready. They also made my niece a special cheese only pizza since she’s a picky eater and they had gluten and dairy free options for those with allergies.

Things to note if you are going to use them for your wedding are: you must discuss plates/flatware/etc (for our wedding we had to rent), clean up expectations, and service timeline. Since they are a good truck they aren’t a full fledged catering company so don’t assume that they will bring out desserts unless they supply it, clear tables and wash dishes etc.

Tom is fantastic to work with and as long as you discuss these logistics with him he’s more than accommodating. My husband and I still get rave reviews from our wedding food and now that they have American 35 as a restaurant we plan to go there for our anniversaries...

We used Fiasco Pizza for our wedding this past weekend and our guests have raved about the food since. We appreciated working with Tom and we also appreciated his transparency with all costs and his clear communication about menu options, ability to meet peoples food restrictions, and even when we had a change in guest count the 2 weeks before our event he was willing to flex to our ask for more food at our event.

The team was so nice and made us feel so special during our day. The staff made sure we had pizza for ourselves during the event and even packaged one up for us to enjoy later since we were so busy socializing with friends and family and taking pictures during the event.
