Recently, I purchased Wonder Under Leggings from this store and returned it due to the low quality compared to the old version "Luxtreme." Then, I wrote a review on their website about it. Here is my review: "I just don't understand why designers have this nonsense interest in discontinuing items that are the most attractive and popular. When an item is very successful, the company suddenly decides to discontinue it forever with no reason, and they don't even care in how many reviews they receive this message that pls bring it back. I saw in reviews that lululemon just responded to 5 star reviews but totally ignored the low rate ones. This wonder under is not even close to the old version. So sad.".
Shortly after, I received an email with this subject: "Your review has been moderated." This is what I've read after opening:
"Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines. Thanks for sharing, and we hope to publish next time!".
The idea and philosophy of leaving a review is to give your honest opinion even if it's negative, as long as you're not disrespecting anyone, it's not containing profanity of any kind, and there is no hostile approach in your review, it must be published. I purchased an item and couldn't even share what I really felt. I am very disappointed with lululemmon. It's not always about the quality of merchandise. It's about merchant's professionalism, of which I believe they lack and really need to consider some serious...

It was a lovely day, and everything was going as planned. When the clock struck 6:00 pm, I decided to close the day with a quick shopping trip to the Broadway Plaza Center in Walnut Creek. Since I had an issue that morning with a pair of Lululemon leggings when I tried to wear them, I thought of getting a new pair and trying their much-touted quality promise service. The service provided by the women at the store was impeccable. I bought a new pair of leggings, and she helped me exchange the problematic pair. Unfortunately, I forgot my ID, and I wished I hadnât found it in my car. When I returned to the store, I encountered an Asian man at the registerâapologies for the generalization, but none of the employees were wearing name tags. I had to start the process again, but this time, he never mentioned that I could use my ID for the exchange. He insisted that he couldnât help me without proof of purchase. I did not mention it either and instead asked for a repair service. The gentleman pointed me to where I should go, and I expressed my gratitude for his assistance.
To be honest, I simply had no energy for an argument that would ruin my day, so I went straight to their neighbors, where I found alternatives. After all, they were just a pair of leggings meant to absorb my sweat during my morning workouts.
I like the brand, but in the end, itâs not worth it for me, out of fear from...
Read moreTerrible first time (in a long time) to a Lululemon.
Decided to ask for the general manager, Jo, when another patron thought it appropriate to stand a half foot from me pressuring me to move and proceed to not move even after I calmly asked if she wouldn't mind me finishing looking at a rack and explained that the proximity was (new) and starting to become an uncomfortable experience....(Is this what people who shop here are like?)... The patron, 'Anya', according to her dressing room, was sure to provide some attitude as she plucked an item inches from my chest, before then speaking about me to an associate within earshot. I then got a cool reception from same associate when asking to talk to someone about this and be let into a dressing room.
No one expects a bad experience shopping (outside of Black Friday) and yet I couldn't have been met with a more bored expression from Jo when explaining the situation to her. I understand she can't do much, but I did except more than a bored/disbelieving look when sharing an unnerving experience in...
