My first experience at Davidson & Litch was warm, excellent, exceptional & this is how my experience goes... I first walked into the store 3rd week of Jan to check out some exclusive watches as a gift to my husband for our 20th anniversary.

Ruslana greeted me and walked me through the watch options, the details of the watch and explained the process of how to secure one of these watches. With 3 weeks of time until our anniversary we were not certain if there was a possibility to even secure this watch in time, but she said she will try her best. Ruslana sent me a wishlist and was in touch with me to provide a status.. finally great news. I received a text from Ruslana that it was available right in time a few days before our anniversary. I heard that it was a challenge to secure these watches within 3 weeks and that there was a wait-list, but she made it happen.

Now comes the best part, this was a surprise for my husband and so we planned over text on how to surprise him and make it special. I came up with an excuse to say I was going to fix my current watch in the store and took an appointment, while Ruslana and her team were prepared to surprise us and make it special. As we walked into the store, Ruslana and team offered us some refreshments and played along, ( I must say pretty well ;) ) to not give a clue about the surprise until she came up with the special box. I captured the moment on video and my husband was surprised, elated and speechless.. The best experience he has ever had ❤️

My father had always purchased his timepieces at Davidson & Licht over the years and the customer service has always been what you should expect from a luxury store. We never felt judged walking in through the doors, everyone always made an effort to make sure we were taken care of, and we always felt we were treated equally as with any of the other customers in the store. When it was my time to purchase a timepiece I was sad to find out the Santa Clara store was no longer there but glad that there was another store in Walnut Creek. I called to make an appointment (just as courteous and helpful on the phone) to look to see if they had what I was looking for. When I arrived, I was treated just like how I remembered how it was in the old Santa Clara store. I was introduced to to Jake and he showed me what they had in the store but unfortunately, they did not have the specific timepiece I was looking for. Jake took down some notes and we agreed to follow up with each other every couple of weeks until the timepiece I wanted comes into inventory. That day came just a couple of weeks ago and they made the purchase most enjoyable. From the presentation of the timepiece to getting the perfect fit, the process was beyond expectations. We left the store with the biggest smile!

If you ever need a timepiece you will not have a better experience than with Jake and the wonderful folks at Davidson & Licht! Depending on your timepiece there might be a bit of a waiting period but it will all be worth it...
