Update: The products recommended made a huge difference. At night I wash my face with my cleanser instead of the dove soap I was using before. Then I put on my pore refine serum before going to bed. Then in the morning before I put on my new Giorgio Armani luminous silk foundation I first apply my free jelly serum and my moisturizer. I have pcos dry skin so I came in today looking for a foundation that is hydrating but still medium to full coverage cause Iâm a full coverage girly. I was immediately greeted at the door and Jennifer was so helpful!! Jennifer helped me pick all my stuff and even gave me tips for my dry skin by recommending a cleanser, a moisturizer, and two serums. One serum I got for free as well as a free makeup bag and a free gua sha that wasnât cheap plastic but a nice heavy metal(: Jennifer was such a sweet soul and so good at her job. She helped me pick a shade match for my concealer and tested everything else on my hand to make sure I genuinely liked the product myself that she was selling me to help my skin routine before applying foundation to prevent cracking, creases, and more with my skin and makeup. She didnât make me feel pressured to buy these products but showed sincerity in really wanting to help my skin problem. She didnât show any biases and seeing the products on my hand showed whether they seeped into the cracks of my skin or not which helped me choose the ones that were most hydrating and most full coverage.    Read moreDO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION. I have been shopping at Sephora for almost 15 years. However, my recent experiences at Sephora were so frustrating that I feel compelled to speak up. The first negative experience was that I walked in, the customer service was shockingly bad. One of the employees was incredibly rude and dismissive, making me feel unwelcome and as if my presence was an inconvenience when i asked a question. I asked a simple question about a product, and their response was not only unhelpful but downright condescending.
The second unfortunate experience was me trying to get a product as it was not present on the shelves. They have more inventory in the drawer, which is why I need someone to help. Clearly they don't even do inventory as they are supposed to. But after waiting for someone for 20 minutes, no body came. Hoping to resolve the situation, I asked to speak with a manager. Unfortunately, the manager's attitude was just as unprofessional and completely uninterested, made no effort to listen to my concerns, and clearly had no intention of holding their staff accountable. Only telling me they only had brand representive that helps certain brands. That means if there was no representative for the brand you are trying shop , then nobody was there to help you. You are just SOL. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority.
For a brand that claims to care about beauty and inclusivity, this experience felt cold, hostile, and frankly unacceptable. Since this has become a pattern at the store, I urge you please find a different store to shop or get your things online preferably...
   Read more0 stars. I went to this location on a quiet weekday around opening, there were no other customers in the store. I smiled at the lady who I think may have been the manager and she whispered to her younger staff member " I can smell the tacky" I approached them, of course, hoping she would say that louder for me to record and report. The younger nicer young lady asked me if I needed help; which I did, I needed concealer and a blow dryer/ hair products. The younger one kindly recommended products and showed me where they were. While still looking for other items, I was stuck on the super goop because I like the clear sunblock. I asked the older taller rude woman due to her proximity to my person, and she rudely, dismissively, rolled her eyes pointed at the wall like I was bothering her. I asked her if she could help me find the clear supergoop, and said the one I had is clear, and it is NOT it is the tinted matte! I bought it because i needed sun block but she not only neglected to help me, she lied and sold me the wrong product. I am very soft spoken and tend to get nervous and anxious in situations like this. This interaction was in January and I went back recently and did not see her everyone there was nice and helpful. However, as I sit here looking at this wrong product, I decided to write the review.
