I wanted write a review about my personal experience with ForeverMark and the entire team from associate to management all the way up to ownership. I moved to Downtown Walnut Creek 1 year ago after having lived in Orange County, CA for the last 35 years. During that time I met my soulmate Lilya who I proposed to on 3.21.20. While living in Downtown Walnut Creek for almost a year I would walk by the Forevermark Boutique but never would walk in as I had my mind set on where I was going to customize and purchase my ring. One day I was walking with Lilya and she asked if I had ever gone into this store and I said no, so she’s like let’s see what they are all about. Long story short Lilya fell in love with a specific ring even though she did not know much about diamonds and I was still so set on going through a previous Jeweler in which I had bought many pieces form before. I then came across James, Aimee, Hank and Alexis who were nothing but professional with me from Day 1. I had told them that I was planning a surprise proposal but didn’t have the exact date/time but I knew I had to get the ring that Lilya’s heart desired but I wanted to be 1 of a kind and I wanted it to be custom. Without any pressure I decided to give my business to the team at Forevermark and I could not be happier with the finished result. I did so much research on Forevermark and on the quality, craftsmanship that goes behind the company/brand. I was upfront and honest with the team and they were just as honest about everything. The attention to detail that was put in, the way I received everything, the extras that were thrown in made this entire experience a forever memory. I got my forever a Forevermark Diamond and her reaction will be one that will be told to our grandchildren. Thank you for everything I could not be happier with everything...
Read moreIf you're looking for that fairytale, movie-like feeling and the perfect ring, look no further! I don't even know where to start. Forevermark will always hold a special place in our hearts. I had been to Tiffany's, a Brilliant Earth showroom and a few other jewelers around the bay area. I just never felt that perfect feeling I had dreamt of. My husband and I had been looking for the perfect ring for months (bless him for entertaining this) but nothing ever felt or looked quite right. So we decided to visit Walnut Creek and I saw that Forevermark had all 5-star reviews. The instant we walked in, we were greeted by Hank and Aime. They immediately made us feel welcome, they let me try on anything I wanted and we spent about 30 mins there going over all my options. They both were SO kind, informative and really made us feel at home. I knew as soon as I tried on my ring that it was the one I wanted. Hank went above and beyond to make sure it was absolutely perfect. He even changed my mind to get a wedding band that I had never considered. He followed up with me over text on the status of my ring, he was prompt and professional. Aime gave us a gift bag with a toy for my dog, a ring cleaner, etc etc. When I went to pick up the wedding band, they had another gift for us and Hank wrote us a personalized note. I truly don't think there is anywhere better. Just walk in and you'll see what I mean. Thank you SOOOO MUCH...
Read moreMan, I thought the tech bags helped rid us of the snooty sales peeps, but apparently not.
My lovely lady and I spent half a day at Padis in SF picking out engagement rings and it was such an incredible experience! We felt like we were on a ridiculous high and I wanted to buy some diamond earrings for my lady. I made an online appointment and away we went.
We entered the store, two sales peeps with their heads down failed to greet us. Okay. Then, I get their attention to tell them we have an appointment. They look at me like I’m speaking Hebrew and they don’t have our appointment. I’m doing all the heavy lifting here and I show them the earrings we want to see. “We don’t have those. We need a few days if you want to see them.”
Hun, this is where you say something like “Oh, those are cute. We don’t have those but we have these and these and these for you to see.” Nope, crickets from Amy.
Amy, you can let Laurel in SF know that you are the reason she just lost a $4,000 sale on our engagement ring and the bands too.
Amy and Payton or Tim or whatever his name is, really need to learn some manners and how to treat people. Thanks for wasting my Sunday...
