One of the worst shopping experience's I have ever had. Went in here for a suit for my boyfriend. The sales associate was very dismissive of what we wanted. He kept trying to push different styles and colors on us and didn't listen to what my boyfriend liked or didn't like. He tried so hard to convince us he was the peak of fashion even though he was dressed like a children's train conductor. Finally found one we liked and got the measurements taken. Came back the next week for the worst altered pants I had ever seen. I actually laughed out loud at how bad these alterations were. And the best part was the sales associate tried to convince us the alterations were great and that pants cuffed at the ankle were the new style and what we wanted even thought it was not at all what we discussed. At this point we didn't want to deal with anyone else in this store so we took the suit over to the SF location where the sales associate actually threw out the pants and started over completely because the alterations done at this location were so bad. 100% make the drive out to SF to visit their location. What an unprofessional team ! I ordered a pair of pants with an associate named Locklin (?) Last week. Should I pay you now or when the pants are ready ? I Asked. His answer : " It doesn't matter". Yesterday I called the same person to check on the status. Surprise ! He didn't have the details of my order. " I don't have the details because you didn't pay upfront". Very upset, I ask to speak with a Manager. Amanda, the assistant store manager, apologized on behalf of the associate and said that she would give me a call back first thing in the morning today. She also stated if the pants are no longer available, they would look for a similar pair of pants in the store and match the price as it was their fault. Never received the call back ! Last call was with the Manager. He simply was rude by saying that he would like to " take my money, but can't do anything about it if the pants are no longer available". You guys need to work on your customer service skills !!!! Horrible as a first experience with the store ! If I could give 0 stars...

Fernando was great and helped me to place a group order for some suits for my groomsmen party. But unfortunately within the time that the order was placed to when my groomsmen got around to ordering, inventory dropped significantly!! Moe came to the rescue and helped guarantee a resolution going the custom suit route where we were all able to get suits selected, measured, made, and fit within the timeline of the upcoming wedding. He, Fernando and the rest of staff there were extremely professional and understanding. We went with MW bc the groomsmen were located in different cities and we needed a business that could help facilitate the cross city coordination. We had guys across the Bay Area and in SoCal so this was a great option to go with. The customer experience was awesome and I'd have to say that this specific location went above and beyond compared another one that I live closer to.
