I was there last night at closing. The registers closed down and I had gift cards- after the store “closes,” gift cards can’t be purchased. I was in line before they closed down - so asked if they could save my cars until tomorrow. (Today) They did. My ex- went in with my receipt where I had purchased (almost $1200) in merchandise. Christmas presents. Regardless, how much one spends the service desk employee told him “it was only a ONE DAY” deal. She wouldn’t honor the discount price of the cards. I was like I would have purchased them if I could have checked out before they told me I couldn’t at midnight the less than 18 hours later. Then come to find out a manger told my ex- the “discount displays were A MONTH old. TAKE THEM DOWN!! A bit “scammy,” if u ask me, but they did give us a $20 target gift card. It’s the point of the injustice I felt by the woman at the service desk, and also I had an issue at the Target in Kingston where I checked out and the cashier was asked to “check the price of 2 items” After I returned home to my house in East WAREHAM; I looked at my receipt and he failed to delete those items. Out another $25.00 for that. It will cost me as much in gas to drive back to Kingston- or close to it. Be careful they have DISCOUNT DISPLAYS ALL AROUND THE STORE- I don’t believe that all my items were discounted as they failed to take them down.
WAREHAM Target is a mess and I know they need help with hiring- I understand that, but at least take down the false advertising of items discounted. I feel for the Kingston trip for $25.00 they took from me plus the discount displays that are not right I am out about $100
This is a warning to double and triple check your receipts before leaving. But, they should always honor a price if u are there and they shut u down b4 u can purchase. I probably will take my shopping elsewhere. I for taken advantage at 2 Targets in less than 2 weeks. Sad and...
Read moreI love Target. Great merchandise and variety, great prices, great staff and convenience with pick up and delivery services.
I researched and compared items to buy for my sister to get ready for her baby due mid-october on the site, then ordered online for pickup at the Wareham store of some items and delivery of several others that were unavailable for pickup.
The order was ready long before the promised time of 2 hours. There was a minor problem of one item becoming unavailable at the store. I was promptly emailed and offered delivery or a pickup at another store. I chose to pickup in Kingston and everything was good.
The staff at both locations were friendly, efficient and professional and there was very little wait time. In Kingston, as I was picking up a larger item, I was offered walk-out service, but chose to just load the stroller in a carriage and take it out myself (it was pouring rain so I didn't want to subject an employee to the weather unnecessarily)
I have never had an unpleasant experience at any Target that I've visited so it remains one if my favorite retailers and just keeps...
Read moreNever update their online stock at all, so you have to just guess whether the item you need is there or not when you go in. And even when you check the location of the product, there’s a decent chance that the item’s location simply won’t exist. Needed to find a USB flash drive, which was supposedly aisle F5. Go into the electronics section, and, alongside a half dozen borderline ravaged shelving units, they were in no particular order, but one thing is for sure, none of them were labeled F5, and none of them had usb flash drives, despite the online section suggesting there were dozens in total, and that was just counting the capacity I wanted. Of course, I could not hail the store associates in that section, as all three of them were sitting in the mobile phone center making calls to set up one person’s new phone, and they clearly made no progress even doing that during the half hour I spent rechecking every single shelf in that section of the store. Between this store and the nearby Walmart, we are...
