DES (Dez), the manager on shift Sunday, September 10th at 7:30pm in Warner Robins, GA store was rude and dismissive. I asked for help. She wasn’t concerned. She didn’t know where the products were located that I asked about either. I went back and tried to tell her I found them and where, so she’d know to help other customers. She picked up phone as I started speaking to her and totally ignored me. Poor communication skills and customer service skills. Told me she couldn’t help me bc another customer wanted to buy a $2,000 couch. The checkout girl apologized for the manager’s, DES’s, behavior and was so kind and helpful to me checking out as a result. This is first time I’ve ever had that issue in this store. Normally so helpful and friendly. Will call corporate tomorrow to report this as well. Hopefully she won’t be on shift next time I go. ;) Never seen her...

Store on Watson in warner robins,ga. Very cluttered. Items piled so that you can't take a cart through without hitting something. Maybe that's why so many items are damaged and left on shelves for purchase. Be very careful and look things over well. MGMT will accuse you of breaking if you point it out. Also if you accidentally buy it damaged MGMT will accuse you of breaking it. They will keep your hard earned money. Dirty and piled up items shows managers are not top quality and don't know how to display items or keep the store clean. They are a poor comparison to...

Bought a rice cooker for $20. Didn't use it right away, maybe 2 months later, and the damn thing don't even work. Of course too late to return it. If u by something electrical, make sure u check it that day or same week to make sure it works, cuz apparently it was refurbished which I was not away of but should have suspected becuz of the price.
