We came into the store yesterday around 11am , but they were sold out of the grinch collection. We were told I could pre order them for the next day, but they were done selling them for the day. We ordered the minis and a few Santa for that day (so I didn’t come home to excited kids empty handed) and pre ordered the grinch collection and a dozen green glazed for the next morning. I paid then and there for the order and they took my info. When I got to the store today, they sold my ALREADY PAID FOR donuts to someone else and said they had sold out. They were able to half azz make most of the grinch collection, but had run out of the green glazed apparently. The manager said they had several people come in that morning and they sold out and she was “sorry but we can’t give you something we don’t have”…so they took my already paid for order and sold it a second time to someone else and said they can’t give me something they don’t have. Maybe they should have told that to the person they sold my order to…or not be rude to people at all, especially for their mess up. This store is literally the worst store when it comes to specialty collections anyway. Do yourself a favor and drive to a different location or to a different company completely. The manager of this store is rude, disrespectful and just horrible at her job and needs to be replaced. The place will stay garbage as long as that’s...
Read moreI visited Krispy Kreme around 6 PM on my birthday to get some free donuts. Unfortunately, the cashier was extremely rude from the moment we walked in, lacking any greeting or friendliness. She spoke too softly, making it hard for me to understand her questions. I ordered a caramel mocha, a cinnamon donut, and ice water. It was my first time at this location, and her attitude made me feel unwelcome. My friend ended up scanning my coupon because the cashier wasn’t helpful.
When I paid with a $20 bill, she muttered something under her breath. I didn’t catch it, so when she asked if I had 77 cents and I said no, she claimed she didn’t have that change. I ended up using my card instead. She aggressively tossed my donut on the counter without handing it to me and gave my friend lukewarm donuts instead of hot ones. I also did not receive the ice water I requested. The cashier sighed dramatically when my friend simply asked for napkins.
This experience was completely unacceptable and added to my emotional distress on my birthday. I believe disciplinary action is warranted, as other customers have reported similar experiences with this employee. Something needs to be done about this rude...
Read moreAfter waiting in line for an assorted dozen my son who is 8 told me he needed to use the restroom. I told him where it was and he said it was locked. I assumed someone was in there, another couple minutes and we are at the counter. I ask the guy working the register if the bathroom was locked, and added that my son really needed to use the restroom. Without missing a beat he said with an attitude that they were locked. I jokingly told my son who is now doing the pee pee dance that I guess he should just pee in the floor since this RESTAURANT that serves BEVERAGES and FOOD… doesn’t have a bathroom for their CUSTOMERS. I don’t know who to go to about this. Are the employees not allowed to pee so they decided to make sure no one else could too? Or like my 8 year old do they just have to hold it until they can rush across the street to a gas station even though there is a bathroom feet away from where we paid for our doughnuts? Pretty sure there are laws against not having an available restroom when you serve food and beverage. The edgy wanna be emo kid got his way and he didn’t have to make sure the bathrooms were clean that night. We were there at 7:50 they don’t close until 11....
