Today was my first time visiting this Michael's in over 10 years. I just moved from Atlanta to Warner Robins 5 months ago. I ordered some candles online and my preference was to have them delivered to my home, but that wasn't a option. So I had to pick them up from the store which wouldn't have been a issue. But , however I received a email at 4:11 to pick up my order. When I arrived at the store at 4:45 my order was not ready.There were 2 associate standing around talking, it wasn't until I asked if they could assist me that I found out the order wasnt available. I told the young lady my name and that I had received a email letting me know that I could pickup my merchandise. The associate than says we been busy and that it wasn't ready. No apologies what so ever for the inconvenience that it caused me. I decided to walk around the store to keep me from getting irritated. I came back to the front of the store and the associate was talking with another associate. My candles were not protected but instead wrap with paper that didn't secure my candles from getting broken. Please please advise and coach your employees on providing a great customer experience and when a issue arise work with a sense of urgency. Read moreShopped here last week and they must of hired some lazy help. I had a return of clearance items in which I had no clue on no returns. I left my package at the counter and went to shop. Was ready to check out and the young new blonde girl tells me to go get my bag in which I couldn't get around the other people waiting in line and she starts slamming things and making annoying noises and gestures because she had to walk to the other counter to get it. Mgr Michele was called to front cuz the new girl didnt know how to do a return. She was very rude. She never said hello how are you just saw the stuff I was buying and assumed I was returning it. It was clearance and she says I can't return any of that. It was stuff i was buying! 🤦♀️Since when did ya all start this. Her face expressions and body language needed a more professional outcome to customers. Just because she is a mgr she has to act all high and mighty. This was the WR store in Georgia. Read moreI have been going to this Micheals for YEARS. Today, 02/24/2023, I stopped by to grab all of my t-shirt and Vinyl. I placed my number in for my tax exempt for my non-profit organization and she did not honor it. She pressed no and I’m like no why did you press no and not honor my non profit. She stated oh no you have to file out a form every time you use it. I said no I do not. I have been coming to the same Micheals for over 8 years and never I ever had to complete a form to use my tax exempt. I use to have to show the my forms but never complete a form every time. The sad part was she was at the register on her personal email phone texting. She mad it seem like I was inconveniencing her by checking out. I have never in my life had a bad experience with Michael’s and I am in that store twice a week for 8 years. It only takes one time to screw me over and I will never go back.
