Five Below — Local services in Warner Robins

So I took my daughter to this five below store and we purchased like 5 things and we used the kiosk and paid in cash. Of course my daughter being a child she didn't grab her receipt. After we left she realized she paid too much for the items bc she can get the same things at the dollar tree for $1.25 each. So we were gone for 5 mins turn around came back in and the reciept was gone. So I asked about returning the items and the girl said you paid cash we can't do it without a receipt. I said you were literally standing here when we paid cash a few moments ago. She said we still can't do the return without a receipt. I said I think she left it and maybe you guys threw it away and she said no we didn't. So I asked for the manager and she said the same thing I said well tall had to have thrown it away we literally just left. We were coming back in for the receipt and to return the items. Before I left I said can I look in yalls trash can? There the receipt was still at the top of the trash pile in the trash can. It was like 4 receipts around the same. So basically they just went around to all of the kiosk and threw the receipts away. I understand they need a receipt especially with cash but you could have owned up to the fact thar you guys threw it away. Seriously they just acted like it just vanished out of thin air. I was literally coming back in for receipt whether we returned the items or not. I am being very generous saying 5mins because it didn't take us that long to realize we didn't have the receipt only a couple minutes. I guess they didn't wanna do their jobs that day the...

The store is extremely clean with items of great value; However, my daughter and I were standing up front near a lady who was working on a display, we were discussing balloons for New Year's Eve, I said "I'm not sure if they sell balloons" as my daughter turned to scan the store for a balloon sign or something, which we did not see so we continued to look at the items we were in front of, then FINALLY, after some time, as if we were bothering her, the lady says balloons are on such & such isle. In addition, our hands were full as we walked toward the checkout which was our 1st time doing, a girl was at a register and even though it was apparent we looked lost, she NEVER offered to check us out. Not certain why both ladies weren't eager to help customers but no worries we'll go to stores with...

This place aggravates me deeply! The products are great and affordable. But that’s not what infuriates me. They have 8 self-checkout registers at the front. There was a huge line of people and ONE of them was open. All others were closed. And there were associates standing around it checking your stuff out for you. If you don’t trust people not to steal, then maybe don’t have self-checkout? I wanted my items bagged a specific way, and he would not let me scan or bag my own items. So now I look like a Karen because I like things done a certain way. Which is why I like self-checkout. If they had associates standing around watching the stations, that would be awesome!
