Where do I begin? Well Google actually! 2 years ago my husband and I were planning our future together. Rather than following status quo and marching into a big box jewelry retailer for wedding rings, I decided to search for custom ring designs. WOW, I am so thankful I did. After reading all the positive reviews, I knew I had to meet Scott. Today, I just picked up another new piece. It was time I shared all my positive experiences over the last 2 years.

I inherited a ring of my great grandmothers many years ago. When we talked about getting married I knew I wanted to wear a vintage peace, but had no idea it was possible to make something of my own which I could afford that represented my taste and personality. I took my 100+ year old worn ring into Scott's and instantly he knew exactly what he could do to replicate this ring with a feminine touch while keeping the significance of the ring in tact. I have attached a photo of the before and after to show the elegance and detail of my ring. Don't be fooled or believe custom designed Jewelry isn't affordable or touchable! Since my first encounter with Scott, Beth and the team here both myself and my husband have stunning custom wedding pieces made just for us. No one will ever have what we have and to us this makes the memories and experience even more special.

When I walk into Scott's they know me and my husband by name. We talk like friends and they make us feel special regardless if we are there for cleaning or checking to make sure our jewelry is still in perfect condition. Today, I picked up my 4th new custom piece from Scott's. I am a sucker for vintage and feminine style jewelry and most importantly custom. The other picture shared is my second wedding ring set custom designed by Scott and displayed beautifully in the case. I could not resist and now own this stunning morganite stone set in rose gold. Having two wedding sets may not be for everyone, however when you find unique Jewelry like this why not?

Worst customer service ever! As a business owner with a degree in communications and marketing, I am always amazed when a company falls so far down the customer service scale. On Nov. 18 my husband won, from a local radio, a certificate for a free $50 gift bag from this company. If you look at a calendar, you can see he won on the Friday before Thanksgiving so it is certainly understandable that he did not pick up the prize until Dec. 1 (less than 2 weeks later). He knew from the DJ that he had won gift certificates to 2 businesses and no mention was made of an expiration date. Since federal law mandates that gift certificates be good for at least 1 year, he honestly didn't think there was a rush, beyond the 30 days the station gives you to pick up the prize.

Imagine his shock to find that the certificate for Scott's Custom Jewelers was for a free gift bag and expired Nov. 30, 2016 (not even approximately 9 business days when you throw in the holiday). But he decided to immediately go to the store, figuring that a reputable company that had put this much into marketing, would still honor the certificate.

WRONG!!! Not only did they not honor the certificate, the gentleman indicated that "there were only a limited number of bags available." But when my husband asked if he had brought the certificate in yesterday would he have received one, he was told, "Yes."

So not only did they not honor a certificate, they also lost a sale because my husband loves to surprise me with jewelry. We also were in the market for a custom design for our daughter, using her gemstone. Now these will NEVER come from this company.

I came into Scott for a custom engagement ring on the recommendation of a friend. Best decision I could have made. The service and process was beyond anything I would have imagined. I had some family diamonds I wanted to use but no idea what design and style I was looking for. Scott talked me through tons of different options, after asking me all about my Lady's personality and taste. He was patient and extremely attentive to all of my wackiness, as I had very little knowledge of rings prior to going in. We eventually found the perfect style and started sketching and creating a personal, unique ring design for my diamonds. BOOM - the ring was created! He sent over 3D images of what it would like and even had a 3D print of a ring to hold and observe. Once we confirmed everything, the ring was casted in about a week (wow). It was perfect in every way. Scott and Beth were able to help add little details I didn't know possible that really tied the whole ring together.

My Fiancée's reaction to the ring was one of the greatest moments of my life. Her amazement and joy was overwhelmingly good. It fills my heart when I catch her lost, looking at it on her own. We have gotten nothing but compliments on how beautiful and unique it is and such amazement when they find out it was custom made.

I cannot thank Scott and the staff enough for such a marvelous experience. Getting to give a ring that was made custom and uniquely for my Lady has been such a blessing. Thank you for helping create the love this ring speaks...
