The food was amazing but the experience was frustrating. Had we experienced better service, this could easily be a 5 star place, but right now the service is just not up to standard. We were seated quickly but without menus. After about 10 mins we asked for menus and ordered right away because we had a hungry toddler. We also had to ask for water (and didn’t get refills). It took nearly an hour to get our food. After 40 mins (and a screaming kid), we asked about our food and a manager came out and apologized and said he would move our order to the front because we had a crying baby. We got our food about 10 mins later…and the folks at the table next to us seemed pretty irritated that we got our food before them when they ordered before us. We closed out our check and left and they still hadn’t gotten their food. Again, the food was SO tasty. I really liked the southern fried chicken slider! Would go back if service improves. They also have a back outdoor courtyard that was so much quieter (but not accessible to get to for wheelchairs/strollers). We sat on the front outdoor patio (which is the only accessible seating).

What a gem! We were wandering around Georgetown looking for a place to eat and ran across City Sliders. I ❤️ this place. They have these cute little sandwiches called sliders. You can get two sliders and a salad as an entree or mix and match individual sliders. There are many sliders to choose from. The food is wonderful. The buns are especially good, and the veges on the sandwich are fresh. For me, one slider with fries was just enough. For you other tea drinkers out there, I want to add the iced tea was delicious.😋 Didn't have that fountain taste. The service was also great. The server took the time to explain the menu and checked back several times to make sure we didn't need anything (of course, I did need an iced tea refill 😉). And even more good news, the prices are reasonable👍 - especially for Georgetown💰. Enjoy!!

No joke, best food we have had in DC, and this is after eating at 14 restaurants in 8 days. Every establishment we dined at was based on reviews from Google, Yelp and Trip Advisor, and this one restaurant takes the prize for the best of the best. The portions are small as in slider, thus recommend ordering two per person. The chef came out and spoke to us and recommended dishes and then came out while we were eating to ask about our experience. That right there is awesome! We are a family of 4 and ordered 7 sliders, two milkshakes and two orders of fries (truffle and cheese). Total bill without tip was $92 which is decent for Georgetown. Two vegetarians in the group rated their experience 10 out of 10. Fresh ingredients and delicious food, highly recommend!

My fiancée and I live close by and decided to try it after work. We ordered our food under my name and I went in to go get it. I went inside of the establishment, and upon arrival didn’t get any type of greeting or a simple acknowledgment. After standing by the bar and entrance for about three minutes a lady walks up to me and just like looked at me. I said “Hi I’m here to pick up my food. My fiancée ordered online it’s under the name Hunter. She looked at the receipt and back at me and gave me a befuddled look and said “Okay then what’s in the order?” I told her what was inside and she gave it to me. No other words. The food wasn’t awful but it wasn’t worth the price. I got a burger and a Nashville hot chicken. The burger was thinner than the tomato and under seasoned so it tasted like a tomato sandwich with a little bit of beef. The chicken sandwich was actually just bad, it had some kind of sweet sauce which is not at all a Nashville hot chicken and it was just breading with no meat. The fries were completely cold, soggy and had no salt. Just overall seems like a place for people who want to eat food with no taste but can at least geo tag Georgetown. Also if you didn’t order the food yourself make sure you know exactly what’s in it or you won’t...

As we stepped into the restaurant, we were hit with the sweet, pleasant aroma of fresh beef being grilled. I noticed the welcoming entrance, the music in the background, the pleasant and vibrant outdoor area, and the pristine dining areas. We placed our order, and sat down. The tables and chairs were completely free of bits and pieces of food, which relieved me, due to my many allergies. Our order came around before we knew it, I stopped for a second, to gaze at it’s orderly fashion of toppings. The burger allowed a bit of juice to dribble, as it’s warmth, flavor, and texture enveloped my taste buds in a delightful unison. The crisp, crunchy lettuce, as well as the juicy tomato and melted cheese cooperated in perfect synergy. As I sipped on my milkshake, its blend of sweet chocolate and cool ice cream pleased the taste in a perfect harmony. After our meal, we sat up, thanked the employees, and exited the establishment. Overall, a fast serve time, beautiful interior, and perfectly executed food. The establishment is very clean, and I highly...
