Service here was awful and a disgrace, (0) star. Very mediocre service from the 2 male associates that work here wearing poor quality and none tailored suits exemplified the level of service in their minds, and knowledge of their own merchandise.
I needed my custom Joseph Aboude suit tailored again that I purchased from Men’s Wearhouse years prior. I wanted to take advantage of the promo that offered free lifetime alterations for purchasing a custom suit.
So I arrived at this location the first time to ask the floor person what was the turn around time for altercations. He wasn’t very helpful due to him not providing his undivided attention to me as the customer, not making eye contact, and his muffled speech while looking away hanging merchandise on the racks. So I left after he informed me they couldn’t accommodate my expectations.
So I came back to the Men’s Wearhouse a second, same day after I visited Nordstrom.
I spoke with a second associate and I was told that the alterations could not be done unless the suit had a dry cleaning tag on it and the suit clearly was already dry cleaned.
I will not be returning to this locations ever again, due to the hassle. By the way, the HVAC system was not working and there were air units all throughout the store. Very poor service and I will not ever return or pay a penny to this location again.
The young lady that works here was very helpful...

I want to give a huge shoutout to Caity E. at Men’s Wearhouse in Washington, DC for her outstanding service in helping me find the perfect tuxedo for my wedding this past Friday.
Finding the right tuxedo had been a stressful and overwhelming process — until I met Caity. She made everything feel smooth and easy. Her calm, professional approach immediately put me at ease. She helped me select a tuxedo that fit perfectly, looked sharp, and made me feel confident on one of the most important days of my life. I received so many compliments on it!
What impressed me most was the care she put into organizing everything. When I opened the tuxedo package on my wedding day, it was so well arranged that all I had to do was put it on — everything was ready to go, no last-minute adjustments or stress. That level of detail made a big difference.
Caity’s eye for style, her efficiency in sizing, and above all, her genuine kindness truly stood out. She is a remarkable professional and clearly an asset to Men’s Wearhouse. I sincerely hope her leadership recognizes the value she brings — she absolutely deserves a promotion and continued opportunities to shine. I have no doubt she has a bright future ahead of her in whatever she pursues.
Thank you, Caity, for making my wedding day even better. You were...

I need a tuxedo for my wedding. First day I went there, the staff was rushing everywhere, although they seem helpful once you get them, we had to wait for the end of day to get their full attention. At the end of the day, they suggested Vera Wang tux, I liked it. They clearly stated that they had a package deal in which if you buy the tux they provide the shoes, bow tie, shirt for FREE! This was of course a very good deal. I asked clear questions whether I could chose any shoes they had (said yes), any shirt (said yes). AND the tailoring would be free for life. This sounds crazy good for a Vera Wang suit. I wanted to make sure there was no problem in communications and got confirmation from two guys working at the store. I have chosen the whole package asked them to put on hold, but when I went back to buy, those two gentlemen were not there. Another gentlemen tried helping us while in shock of hearing what we got offered 3 days ago. They told me none of the FREE stuff were actually free, they can provide discounts as they do to all other customers, 30% off for this 20 for that, and tailoring is not for free. We talked to a 'store manager' whose only job was to deny in an unkind manner what we were offered without any offer for apologies for their mistake. such a...
